My experience with Phoenix Flooring was excellent from start to finish! I knew exactly which flooring I wanted when I walked in to get an estimate and Joe and Cassandra were easy to work with from there. Installers Sean and his crew were clearly experienced professionals - they did an amazing job tearing out the old floor and installing the new floor. I’d definitely recommend doing business with Phoenix to anyone. I’ll be going back to them when I’m ready to put new flooring in my bedrooms.

Phoenix Flooring and their crew just replaced the floors in our entire house with luxury vinyl. They worked with us through the entire process, including having to remedy some subfloor problems. They were able to work with us to work around a houseful of furniture. Everyone was very professional, kind, and helpful. We would definitely call on them again. We are very happy with the results. I love the service with great suggestions and very informative comparing products! I learned a lot of information on the advantages of one product over another so that I could make an intelligent decision on our bathroom project. They were very patient with me while I was choosing style and color of tile. They went above and beyond! We purchased new engineered flooring from Phoenix Flooring and Design and I could not be more pleased with the result. Joe and Cassandra are highly knowledgeable and their selections are wide and varied. My floors are gorgeous and their installers were 5 star as well. They did 2 rooms and a hallway in a few hours, leaving no trace behind. That the owner inspected the work did my heart good because my experience with contractors hasn't been stellar and this company was professional, on time & with a great product. If you're thinking of renovations, go to PF&D. They do it all.
