The driver called me when they were 10 minutes out. During delivery they were professional and pleasant. The delivery was relatively quick given they had to remove the doors from the refrigerator and also had to remove two doors in my house to get it in place. I would recommend Phoenix Moving.
The Phoenix teams were outstanding. Very professional and respectful. Taking great care in all they did for us. Haven't moved in almost 40 years and this was as seamless as I could have ever imagined. I would recommend them to anyone needing to move or assist in packing too. They are fabulous!

Great experience with the team moving us in state with a stop to clear out a storage unit. We packed everything ourselves and didn't try the packing service offered. They arrived within the estimated window and provided all shrink wrap and furniture blankets to pad our large furniture, mirrors, and paintings. They disassembled and reassembled all beds at the new location while also asking where we wanted all boxes placed. Before they left, they had us walk through to see if there was anything else we needed. The team of 3 guys finished sooner than what was quoted and it was reflected in the payment. We would recommend Phoenix and use them again in the future.

I moved from one part of Plano to another. Not very far and we only had them move the large pieces I couldn't move myself. Three movers did the job in just under 5 hours. That included disassembling two beds and reassembling. I paid just over $1,000 which seemed reasonable. I would recommend this business.
Used both packing and moving services. They worked quickly and safely. Were not daunted by the apartment stairs. Everything was packed safely ahead of time and they worked with my schedule which helped me not have to take so much time off work. Plan to use them the next time I have to move.

The crew that Phoenix moving sent out was incredible! We are very particular with the companies we choose to hire to handle our stuff as we have had damage to belongings in the past during a move even when the companies were rated well. We had nothing to worry about with Phoenix from the time the movers arrived, we got a 3 man crew and they were all very efficient. The move was done just within the 2 hour time estimate we were quoted on, and the quoted price was the same as well, no hidden fees. They called when they were on their way so we knew when to expect them and they were very respectful the whole time they were moving us. Would definitely recommend!

This is our second time using Phoenix Express. We have used them for both in and out of town moves and our experience has been great. Everyone from the office staff to movers have been professional and pleasant. The movers were careful with our household goods and very efficient! In fact, they were so efficient, the time came in under budget! Movers also did a good job putting items back together and just where we wanted them. We won’t hesitate to use them again.

I called Phoenix because they are a local mover and I needed a 250 lb elliptical machine moved out if the house to the curb. They fid not disappoint. They came the ssme day, the 3 movers moved it out to the curb and could not have been nicer. Highly recommended!!

Great experience! Needed to book movers on short notice. Beau was very accommodating and even called me during his family vacation to discuss getting a quote asap. Manuela was wonderful and came to provide quote the following day. Movers were prompt and courteous and took great care of our items, especially my beloved upright piano. I hired Phoenix to move my daughter’s belongings to a townhome. The crew of three men showed up on time, promptly surveyed the project, and then began working efficiently. They were friendly and professional as they made multiple trips to the truck. The men carefully wrapped and handled the furniture and other items. Once we arrived at the townhouse, the men were just as quick and careful unloading all the items. Nothing was damaged and everything was set in the places we requested.
This was a great experience and I highly recommend Phoenix Express.
