Thank you for being so professional! Booked 2 Stilt Walkers for our community Fireworks Night to welcome our visitors as they arrived. The ladies were so professional and so charming! They arrived on time to set up and be at the gate at 6pm sharp looking absolutely FABULOUS. Perfect for the night and all lit up with LED. I have booked performers with Pheonix for the last 4 years for our events and they always provide professional experienced people who are so good with both adults and children alike.

Rachel was incredibly helpful when booking our fire dancers for our wedding, and we couldn't have asked for a more amazing duo than Oscar and Elliot. The guys put on what can only be described as an awe inspiring show. They had worked our song choices in perfectly with their performance, and Oscar walked us through perfectly how to light the fire heart. We honestly can't rate them highly enough, they were flawlessly superb.

My young son with special needs attended a SEN Circus skills style session on Wednesday in wixams. I can’t remember the leaders name (sorry!) but he was AMAZING. He was not bothered or perturbed that Theo would not engage with anything during the session (which I was upset about myself!) he just took it in his stride and kept coming over to ‘check in with Theo’ and try to get some interaction and engagement with something, anything, even just with the sensory balls! I felt very happy with the leader and BEYOND grateful that I wasn’t made to feel like Theo shouldn’t be there or that we should leave. Also, the leader knew some makaton which was INCREDIBLE as it’s still so rare to come across outside of SEN education/support services. Clearly the company does very good SEN training and it’s proved itself as very inclusive, supportive and open minded/adaptable! Also well done to Beds Borough council who must have done some good research to find such an excellent children’s entertainment company.

I booked Phoenix Entertainment for the 2018 Darwin and St Edmund's May Ball. On a very busy night it was reassuring to have such professionals on hand to really make our guests night. They provided all relevant health and safety documents ahead of time and were understanding and proactive on the night, arriving early to set up.
