I highly recommend this removal company. They were fantastic, particularly as it ended up taking a long time to finally get moved. Chloe was brilliant, kind and so helpful, she went out of her way and remained consistent throughout the very stressful time. Dave and the team who moved us were fab, so friendly and again couldn't do enough to help. It was my birthday and they turned up with a bottle of processco, lovely gesture and so appreciated. Great company!

Phoenix Clearance and Removals were recommended by a family member to help with our house move and we couldn't have asked for a better service. From the first point of contact and leading up to the day of the move Chloe and the team were so helpful, communication was fantastic. On the day of our move the team arrived on time and were very professional. Our move was a very smooth process and everything arrived at our new house perfectly within a few hours. Phoenix helped us move from Cambridge to St Albans last month and it was made incredibly smooth by the team. The team were able to scope the job from videos I sent via WhatsApp, and the guys were extremely efficient and careful loading and unloading the van which removed any stress I had going into the move. We booked phoenix removals with quite short notice and they were fantastic. Before the move the communication with the team was fantastic. They quickly arranged an appointment to look round the house to provide us a quote & then got packaging materials dropped off promptly for us! They were so quick to respond to any of our questions and always easy to get hold of. On the moving day the team were amazing - they dismantled and moved all our stuff quickly and with care & then got all of our stuff into our new house and reassembled all furniture at the other end! We moved 3 hours so was a long day and they made the day run so smoothly for us. The team of 4 that moved us were lovely & hardworking! Couldn't recommend them enough and thank you for getting us moved!

We had the Phoenix team assist our move from Cambridge to Huntingdon. We were very pleased with the service. It was a smooth process (from inquiry to delivery) and all of the team were friendly and professional. We were done moving within a few hours. We were initially apprehensive and thought of moving the things ourselves (as we didn’t have any big items such as a bed or sofa). However, after the move, we can say it was well worth the extra pounds. The team just made our move so convenient and easy. They were also very careful with all our belongings. We found Phoenix Removals using a Google search for removal companies in the Cambridgeshire area. The whole quoting process was very easy and straightforward, we had a video call with Chloe who wanted to see what we needed moving and she asked questions about which of their services we wanted to use. The next day we had a quote which was a bit more than using a man with a van company, but after speaking with Chloe she quickly cleared up the difference between the quote from Phoenix Removals and the other company, we were getting a premium service and protection from them. Moving day and the team were there nice and early, the gents were very professional asking about covering carpets, doors etc nothing was a hassle or too much for them. Needless to say it all went smoothly and we are so happy we went with them, made the move completely stress free would recommend to anybody. Thank you so much Phoenix Removals you were amazing from start to finish.

My partner and I recently moved from St Neots to Bristol with Phoenix. We were incredibly pleased with the service both on the day from the team and from Chloe leading up to it. Chloe was really helpful from the moment we did the video survey until move in day. She answered all of our questions quickly and put our minds at ease. The team were fantastic on the day. They were both professional and personable. We’ve had some pretty standoffish movers in the past that don’t really want to engage with us, but this was absolutely not the case. They were very considerate of what we needed and careful with all of our items. They also did a great job protecting both properties. Whilst the move was logistically fairly straightforward, the distance involved was not. I’d have been absolutely knackered by the end of it, which makes me so grateful that everything was taken care of efficiently and professionally.

Stress Free Move. Thanks to the wonderful Phoenix team moving home was painless. From sourcing a highly competitive quote that truly met my needs, booking the service, and then watching my possessions loaded and packed with great care. I honestly couldn't have wished for anything better. They have a protective box and bag for everything!! In addition when it came to the end of the day and had stuff that needed to go to the tip, they stepped in and took it away for me for a small fee too. They were so good I bought them all pizza for dinner as a thank you. Highly recommend you get in touch with Chloe for a quote.
