From the start they were willing to work with us to get the quote perfect by explaining all options to us and working within our budget. Andrew, Joel, and the rest of his crew did an amazing job on our master bathroom remodel! They showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until 4-6 pm, only taking 1 break for lunch. They took so much care in protecting my floors and furniture from dust, debris, and foot traffic, and cleaned the work area daily before leaving. I've never seen a crew work with such diligence and do such meticulous work. Andrew is truly a master at plumbing and electrical, and everything else that comes with a bathroom remodel! If a problem arose, he found a solution quickly...and there are always obstacles in a job of this magnitude! He always kept me updated at the end of each work day, discussing what work was completed, making sure I was happy with it, and the timeline/ plan for completing the job. Another plus is how he bills you and takes payments. He bills you in increments, and sends a text or email with a link to pay electronically.... super easy! Plus, he doesn't charge the typical 3% fee that other contractors do for using a credit card on his website. His pricing beat all of the competition too! I highly recommend PhD Bathroom Remodeling... the kindest,
