Do not bother calling, tried to get some information (buy laser product) via phone at 1PM on a Tuesday arvo. Sounded like whoever (owns the business/answered the phone) was asleep. Not that friendly and did not answer in a professional manner. I had to probe whether this was actual Phantos Lighting! He did end up answering some questions rather unenergetically, but did not instill any confidence to buy the product or that there would be any after sales assistance, gunna buy elsewhere ... thus I gave him two stars.

You questioned in the phone call why was the Pangolin FB3 laser controller more expensive than those listed on eBay and if they are fake. Why would a higher price indicate it could be a copy. Yes you were not confident to buy from PHANTOS because you were not happy with the cost of genuine products.
