What started as a warranty call with a plumber for my new hot water tank, quickly escalated to my gas being shut off due to leaks inside my house and outside between the curb and meter for just over 48 hours during some pretty cold weather. In what was an extremely stressful situation Pat (the owner) quickly answered every phone call with my endless questions in the shortest of time frames. I committed to him doing all the work Tuesday night and he told me his goal was to have my gas back on the following evening and he did - less than 24 hours!!! I did have another issue with my hot water tank (a manufacturing defect) and he showed up again to resolve that issue too!! His work ethic is top notch. His entire crew (Justin, Wes, and Callum) literally worked their asses off in pouring rain, cold and wind, up a hill, thru tree roots - hand digging - they didn't stop all day. Maybe a 10 minute lunch break. I felt so bad and they all were so pleasant and respectful. Elissa in the office was the first person I had contact with and she was so easy and compassionate to work with. She offered to drive to my house with anything I needed while my gas was off!! Impressed doesn't even begin to cover how I feel about this experience. The entire team exceeded my expectations. I don't have a single complaint besides wishing I had known about them before this issue even happened. 10/10 I can't recommend them enough!! We are always quick to complain about a company who screws us over, but this company deserves all the praise and good word of mouth!!

We called Patrick David Plumbing to replace our kitchen sink disposal and to fix a leaky faucet. We had used this company once before to replace a bathroom faucet and do some other plumbing repairs. Joe and Alec were fantastic! Friendly and professional, they explained problems and options for solutions clearly, answered my questions patiently, and worked neatly and efficiently. Any kind of plumbing repairs are shockingly expensive these days, but Patrick David Plumbing may be less expensive than others.

I had a great experience with Patrick David Plumbing! The receptionist who answered the phone was always very responsive and quick to return calls, which made scheduling super easy. They replaced all of our pipes with new copper pipes at a very reasonable price. They originally estimated the job would take two days, but they were able to complete everything in just one. It’s been about six months now and we’ve had zero issues, no leaks and everything works perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or neighbor!

I work for a property management company that oversees both single-family homes and multi-unit buildings, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service on every job—no matter how small. From tub diverter replacements and stack repairs to faucet changes, their plumbers are always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Their office staff, especially Elissa, and the owner himself are a pleasure to work with. They’re reliable, fairly priced, and always on time—I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We called him Sunday morning and they were here first thing Monday with a new hot water heater. His crew was professional and meticulous. Had a backed up line in my basement, like you would expect, it was night time. Called roto rooter, they couldn't insure someone would be out by 1am so I looked local thinking I wouldn't find someone that worked 24/7. But found this company. Patrick came out, fixed my issue and the rate was reasonable. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for normal or emergency plumbing problems.

I contacted Patrick David Plumbing on a Saturday after seeing a recommendation on a local Facebook page. We were dealing with a water heater issue and I was hoping to get someone out right away. To my surprise, an actual person answered the phone — Alyssa. She was kind, friendly, and genuinely sympathetic to our situation. She explained that same-day service was available but came with an extra cost, and after checking on pricing, she thoughtfully called me back to let me know it would be less expensive if we could wait until a weekday. Since we weren’t available Monday, she arranged for a Tuesday morning appointment and even advised me to turn off the breaker to avoid a potential fire hazard — which I really appreciated. When Patrick arrived on Tuesday, he was friendly, professional, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and made the repair right away. I also asked for a quote on another plumbing project we’re planning, and his price was lower than the other three estimates I had received. From start to finish, the communication, honesty, and service were excellent. I highly recommend Patrick David Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did the repair in under 30 minutes, checked to make sure I had no leaks and didn’t even mind my cat Jake trying to help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After dealing with three different companies and spending about $1200 trying to figure out why we couldn’t get consistent hot water upstairs, Pat from Patrick David Company came out and completely changed everything. He was extremely thorough, professional, and asked all the right questions. Pat took the time to really diagnose the issue—and it turned out it wasn’t even my tankless water heater at all, just a simple showerhead problem! My only regret with Patrick David Plumbing is that I couldn’t give him more than five stars! Professional…..personable….prompt! I had a serious situation that needed fixed real fast. Patrick arrived on time….fixed the problem quickly…….cleaned things up and was on his way. Oh yeah….the cost of the repair was more than reasonable. PDP will be “my plumber” moving forward.
