Amazing service from PG From initial booking to collection kept me up to date, wasnt the usual delivery, times were important, the lads called to ask if they could come earlier, agreed a time, they were early, set everything up and advised when they would collect! Castle & goal shootout out went down very well with the boys ! Thank you so much, would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hired a ‘Bluey’ themed bouncy castle from PG Castles on Saturday 18th October. Came on time, dead clean. Delivery men were helpful and polite. Came to collect the next day, no problems. Great communication. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Excellent staff dropping and picking up at the correct time. Bouncy castle was excellent after being dried. The bouncy castle came drenched and we had to dry it. Meaning we were late organising the rest of the party. Company said it wasn't drenched but only wet because they had cleaned it when I emailed but there were bubbles coming out of the seams and the ceiling was dripping. It was leaking water down when we stepped on it. Response from company was poor in reagards to the matter, not accepting responsibility. Other than this the hire would have been 5 star.

Absolutely brilliant service ordered the party tent for my daughters 13th kids loved it (even us adults haha ) lads were lovely and quick setting up and taking down, I cleaned all the tent and products I rented would definitely recommend and ill be using there service again xx

Staff were very helpful. And communicated very well. The bouncy castle wasn’t very bouncy though, felt like it had no air in it. Kids were sinking.

Hi really sorry to hear that the bouncy castle was soft, on arrival when collecting the bouncy castle the blower was facing down restricting the air flow in to the inflatable,

This was not set up this way unfortunately the blower had been knocked over jurying your party what is completely out of our control,
