PFP quoted our church to replace a large OS&Y valve at the backflow set-up that was leaking from the valve stem. Upon commencement of the work, the representative (Tom) told us that we didn't need to replace the valve, it needed some new bolts and other bolts to be retightened. Tom saved our church a lot of $$$. We were prepared to pay for the replacement per the quote and he could have done that work without a question from us. However, he chose the higher road of honesty and integrity, Tom did the repair and was on his way in a short amount of time. I recommend PFP as our experience was 5 star.
