We have been so impressed with your claim for our dog Zigi who was attacked by our neighbours dog. The vet put in the claim and we received more than we thought on the refund and it went into our account very fast. Would highly recommend.

My dog had to have emergency surgery and the claim process was fast, easy and efficient. Great customer service and I have both of my dogs covered since 8 weeks old. Thank you so much - it was one less thing to worry about in a very stressful situation. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We have had such a traumatic week. We had to put our beautiful 8yr old staffy to sleep and had our 2x1yr old pups in hospital for quite a few days. They were affect with some toxin.... I had recently changed insurance companies, and a massive shout out to PIA for making this process non stressful in a terrible situation. We have top cover, and since our experience have scared a few people into joining PIA, it certainly took the financial burden off us. I'm pleased to say the pups are on the mend with ongoing treatment. A bitter sweet outcome sadly 😌

Pet Australia handled my claims directly with my vet and specialist centre and arranged wirh the specialist centre to manage gap payments so that I wasn't put of pocket for Bob's 6 day 24 hr care. This was 1 thing I didn't have to deal with and feel so released they could do this. Thank you Pet Aust. Team and thankyou for checking in on Bob.

I have had PIA insure my dog Ella for over 12 years now. They have been reliable and have paid out on everything from regular vet checkups to medication and even things that were not covered under the policy. Claiming is easy with GapOnly or their online portal and their customer support has been helpful the couple of times I've called over the years. I am so glad I chose PIA all those years ago. I had my big fur baby to the vets at Compton Rd for a dog bite injury. The service not only at Compton Rd vets but also at PIA was fantastic. No hassle, quick over the counter claim. Highly recommend PIA for your pet insurance needs.

My little furbaby is nearly 10 and has had pretty good health. He has been insured with Pet Insurance Australia since being a puppy. People will say ‘why have pet insurance when your pet is healthy - it’s a waste of money’. Well….its those unexpected occasions where you end up with a massive bill and you will be thanking your decision to have pet insurance! My boy became severely anaphylactic due to a paper wasp sting. PIA paid 80% of his venom desensitisation program…..it was $8500. If I didn’t have pet insurance….I would be worried every time he went outside. Every bill submitted has been paid and now thanks to PIA and their support/follow up he now has a much better chance of survival if stung. Highly recommend Pet Insurance Australia 👍👍

PIA has been great for us. After I put a claim through it usually is identified and accepted within 12 hours and the money is usually back in my bank account the next day or two. We also love the option to use their partnership with Vetchat which gives us 24/7 access to a vet if needed.

Easy enough process after a traumatic broken paw! Well worth having a partner who makes the billing side easy.

Find the app very useful to use and look back on or require some information .The claim site is fairly straightforward but I do find it can be tricky when uploading documents but always find the claims process very efficient and reliable Thank you for always putting our pets first
