Disappointed with the claims department
I had all the medical history drafted
All forms filled as the nice operator said I have already gone past the 7 day waiting period.
My puppy got sick on the 8th day
And she said because there was signs that he was pooping more day before he went to the vet/ means his sick already
This assumption was wrong, my vet notes doesn’t even say my puppy was sick on day 7th…. As he was still happy and playing fine.
But because we didn’t want to go ahead a be fair enough to approved. You guys tried preferred to read around the notes and accused that he was unwell. Even my vet says that you guys can’t just assume… my vet wasn’t contacted either.
After I asked the case to be reevaluated and she said she would. But of coarse I don’t even get a call back or any follow up.

I was so disappointed and felt how unfair this was…I’m glad we moved our policy over to petsy
Have been with PIA since my furbaby was a puppy and he is now almost 8. Have made multiple claims over that time and it has always been so easy to claim and they are processed really quickly. Only downside is how much the policy has increased over the years but so has everything in life and its definitely worth having and I would recommend to anyone with furbabies.

We've had our puppy insured with PIA since he was 2 months old. The rates have been reasonable, and their response to insurance claims have been fast and hassle free (even ones that were lodged late). Can definitely recommend them to others.

I have found PIA awesome they are so easy to deal with and very helpful and supportive I highly recommend them.
I have a French Bulldog and he has had to have a couple of high priced surgeries PIA processed the claim.
I shopped around before going with them and I found that they were great value for the money.

Fantastic insurance for your pets, I cancelled my insurance a couple of months ago and PIA reinstated my policy after a vet visit, was very greatful for them doing that. All claims are resolved quickly

When Harper our Labradoodle got sick whilst we were travelling in Queensland she required a visit to the Vet and required some treatment and an overnight stay. Our PIA covered a substantial amount of the bill and we only needed to pay the difference. This was very welcomed. Great service PIA.
