Professional, caring, honest and transparent, at a sad time when our family cat passed we decided we wanted to have "Samantha" cremated so we could put her ashes in a nice place that we could visit. Was so easy to contact Procare who came and collected her, cremated her and returned ashes efficiently and were very informative of process and were caring and respectful, Ashes returned by hand with a lovely card, candle in a lovely scatter tube.
