I contacted Pestopia regarding termites problems in my wardrobes. Jason responded immediately. He was very helpful and gave advice about it. As I was planning to remove the wardrobes, he told me that i do not need to do the treatment. Great experience with Pestopia SG Pest control! I discovered bed bugs and immediately looked for pest control and found reached out to Pestopia SG Pest Control which has many good reviews. Out of all the quotes I got, theirs was the most affordable. A huge plus was their treatment method—we didn’t even have to leave the house while they worked! ​They confirmed the bed bugs were gone after the first and second sessions. I especially want to highlight Rifhan, who handled the second session. Rifhan provided a much more thorough explanation and update, which gave me a great peace of mind. We engaged this service after sighting rats last week, as we have a toddler and baby at home and safety is extremely important to us. Hasni and Faris were very professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the process. Even though the rats have not been caught yet, they took great effort to carefully assess our home and thoughtfully designed child-friendly traps, which gave us a lot of reassurance. Faris is very helpful to move and check the furnitures in my place to look for bed bugs, and showed me where the bed bugs are under my bed base. After 2 treatments, there are still bed bugs. May have to do a few more treatments.

During the initial consultation, we did explain that bed bug infestations are not easy to eliminate and usually require multiple treatments to fully break the life cycle. We had provided two options at the start — a warranty package and a lower-cost non-warranty option. You had selected the non-warranty option to keep the cost down.

We’re still here to help you get this fully resolved. If you’d like, we can arrange additional treatments or assist you in converting to the warranty package for better long-term protection.
