They did a fantastic job on installing, cleaned up after and were very punctual.
The whole process from the initial call out for a quote went without a hitch. Everyone was great to deal with.

Very happy with our experience with PPM. We had a 50m2 attached skillion roof patio, and a separate 35m2 free standing patio installed at the same time over a period of about two weeks from April to May 2026.

Rob is knowledgeable, professional and was great to chat with about local junior footy when he was here. Nothing was a worry and he had great ideas about how the patios would look.
Brit then smashed out the assistance with shop drawings, development approval, subsequent building permit, and also for clarifying the timeframes that an amendment to design could take.
Thanks Jarryd for your technical clarifications when we were discussing a potential change after development approval, but then stuck with the original.
Brad was also very knowledgeable and professional with the final site measure up. Very easy to chat with and we noticed a couple of items to also include when walking through the design.
Thank you Adrian for clarification on install dates, delivery dates etc.
Thanks Reece for logistics coordination and clarification.
The delivery of the materials were also no issue at all. The guys placed the steel higher up on the lawn to keep it out of the way which was great.

Site Team:
Luke and Mitch were brilliant. Fantastic workmanship, nothing was a problem, and any potential issues were raised early and closed out. Just head down and straight into it.
Josh & Nathan also arrived a couple of days into the build and he was of the same calibre as Luke and Mitch, just right into it.
Andrew helped out towards the tail end of the works and again was professional, polite, and straight into it.
It's the little things I noticed, especially where the guys each day checked the driveway and backyard for any swarf or offcuts that could cause injury to people or pets that were always cleaned up.
After a two week schedule the end product is more than we were expecting in terms of quality, and what we especially appreciate is no unexpected variations when onsite.
Overall the company culture was fantastic from the initial quoting, to the approvals period, to the site install and finishing. We were scheduled months in advance with no change to dates which we really appreciate.
