The staff at 'PET' are always helpful, quick to reply and give advice if needed, postal always fast. My 10x has been faultless, the upgraded stem clamp works well and needed, the hydraulic brakes are good, protective hillbilly shorts are good but I didn't get on with the hillbilly gloves. Livall helmet is comfortable and has good functions. 10-3 road tyres supplied with innertubes.
Basically, great service, helpful.

Really unhappy with my experience with PET if you look into their lowest reviews and ratings you’ll see the other people seem to share similar experience. I also found them to be rude and arrogant. I went on Wednesday to get my scooter tires checked (as they come up as my closest PURE electric repair shop despite the fact I’m in Greenwich), as the back tire had gone flat, they said it probably was a puncture and but if they identified another problem that they will change the tire. Even as I was leaving with my scooter I felt the back wheel slide somewhat but I ignored it as the warehouse where PET Leyton are hidden away, is dusty so thought it was that but when I rode out my scooter to meet my cab down the road it felt bumpy not smooth (a sign the back wheel is going). Today is Friday two days later as the first time I’m using it out on the road and I spoke to them today on phone and the guy was very condescending in tone and spoke to me as if I was trying to say it was there fault which I didn’t (he kept speaking over me) and telling me that maybe it was my fault due to a new puncture without even listening to me at first but to me I saw that as an admission of guilt on their part as I feel like they should’ve changed the back tire completely instead of just pumping it, but they decided not to probably due to laziness. Now they’re probably gonna reply and give a very generic and arrogant rebuttal, but as far as I’m concerned it doesn’t change the fact that I’m unhappy. Going by their lowest ratings (all to do with service, ego and arrogance) I’m clearly also not the only one feels this way because they seem to have countless issues when it comes to Customer Service and I do feel like there’s a weird sort of atmosphere when you enter other people have spoke about feeling like they are racist. I sort of get undertones of that too, those of us that are black or brown will understand. They were not warm or welcoming when I went on Wednesday. 🤷🏾‍♂️ so now I have over £110 I wasted (£30 back and forth in cab £50 to pump tire aswell as fix lock mechanism). It is what it is, terrible place and I would advise people to not waste their time or be fooled by 5 star reviews as I say look into them and plenty of past customers have also had very bad experiences there. They’ll never prosper into a big business operating this way and I’ll leave it to Karma.
I bought an ex-demo EUC from PET recently and they were really good to deal with.. perfect customer service, easy to buy, good follow up. I had a few questions before buying and the team took the time to answer them clearly and well. Delivery was also good. Overall a strong recommendation.
The team at PET Leyton are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly – truly invaluable. Vlad, Nikos and Roberto, in particular, are worth their weight in gold! What a gem of a business! Roberto is thoughtful, knowlegable and gives bucket-loads of advice for free! The workshop is like a toy-shop for grown-ups. Highly recommended over the the impersonal on-line vendors that I had looked at before. Quick efficient repair on my own scooter, and a great deal on a 2nd hand refurbished model for my daughter. Hi my name is riz. I have purchased a apollo ghost scooter through PET. The whole service has been exceptional from start to finish. The staff Vlad and Roberto have been very helpful and always available to answer any questions related to my scooter. They are very experienced in this field and alot of knowledge at hand. As I am a new user to my escooter I have been having issues on my scooter and the lads at PET have gone above and beyond to make sure my escooter is maintained tye way ot should and also added a stem washer for free to make the issue on My escooter go away.
