I’m not one to write good reviews or bad reviews frankly. But in this case, I was compelled to let you know how I feel about this company. They are a top-notch from the leadership to the implementers. I had a situation at my mother‘s Home who’s 93 and dealing with a door in a walk-in tub that wasn’t closing. In the process, I discovered that she wasn’t even using the walk-in tub ability. So at the last minute, I had to change my requirement from a tub to a shower install. These guys did not even blink. They hit the ground running and found me exactly what I needed and gave me some very helpful suggestions to re-orient things so that mom could have a much easier time. You could tell they’re really compassionate about doing a good job and making sure Mom was going to be happy. Thanks guys. I really appreciate it. We’ll be working together again!

I recently had Perfect Walk-in Bathtubs install a new walk-in bathtub at my home in Rancho Bernardo. My wife has a little trouble getting up out of a regular tub, so we changed. Should have done this years ago! They customized the water jets to just where we needed them, the tub drains quickly, but most important, we got exactly what was promised! On time and with zero price adjustments. The crew that took out the old tub and put in the new were professional, courteous and efficient and they left the bathroom clean without and dust or residual left behind.
