I can’t recommend Perfect Paws highly enough. This was my first time using their services, and both Rashmika and Michelle went above and beyond in caring for my cat, Suki. From the start, they kept me constantly updated with videos, photos, and messages during each visit, ensuring full transparency and peace of mind. Communication was seamless and available whenever I needed it, which made the entire experience stress-free. It will definitely not be the last time I rely on them. Suki was happy, cared for, and in the best hands.

Life savers, when it comes to traveling. I used Perfect Paws Home Pet Services to look after my cats while I was away for a weekend trip. Amazing communication- first of all, always getting their reports and messages about the situation, with photos. Job done well- everything cleaned, and cats are fed in time as per instructions. Thanks to my pet sitter Rash for the great help and care he took for my cats. Recommend to all. And for sure will come back.

Ian and his team are the most wonderful people who truly love animals. We’ve left our two dogs and cat on their care while we’ve travelled twice now and I can’t recommend them enough!! My dogs are rescue and very scared of people they don’t know but Ian, Fernanda and Dino won rhem both over so quickly, walking them, playing with them and feeding them. I would only use Ian and his carers forever now! 10/10 !!

Ian was amazing, he walked me through everything from the start, helped me create an account, offered a lock for extra security, and made sure my home was safe. Rash was equally incredible, he visited my house to take care of my cat, Beanz, making sure she had food, water, a clean litter box, and plenty of playtime. He kept me fully updated every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. Truly professional, reliable, and caring. I’ll definitely use their services again!

Our dog has an auto immune disease and we were very anxious to go away on holiday as they need medication and daily checks. Issac was amazing. Every day he sent a detailed report and reassured us our pup was ok. First time We have used this company. Extremely happy with the professional service. They recently looked after my five cats – Cheeky, Sherazade, Loki, Data, and Gizmo – while I was away on a long holiday, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. From feeding and playtime to keeping everything spotless, they went above and beyond to make sure my fur family was happy, comfortable, and loved. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my cats were in such caring and capable hands. I could truly relax on holiday without any worries, and I came home to five very content kitties and a clean home. Perfect Paws treated my cats as if they were their own, and that means the world to me.
