I have taken my vehicles here 3 times now. Each time the customer service is absolutely outstanding. They are so easy to schedule and they get you in and out in the same day. They also send a reminder text and a follow up text letting you know when your vehicle is done.

After persons unknown vented their frustrations with whatever, My Insurance agent recommended the auto glass now folks for the replacement of my passenger side door window. They had the replacement parts in stock, and were able to effect repair the same day.

I used their mobile service and was very satisfied. From scheduling to the service tech, all communication met my expectations. The repair was quick and nearly invisible, very satisfied.

Great service. Excellent price. Only issue, Tech called 1 hour after expected service window to let me know he was on his way. I have a work schedule to work around, that’s why I picked the window. It would have been nice to at least get a heads up call.

I am sorry. I am not happy with the result. I am calling my insurance company for a new windshield because I can see the chip like I walked in. We will let you know if they approve to get a refund. Sorry
