Wow. A very talented chef. We tried one of everything, and nothing disappointed. I was skeptical of the quesadillas with apples inside, but I was so wrong; we ordered 2 more! We also found a friendly squirrel outside.

After living in Lincoln for 10 years and trying different restaurants, Pepe's is my favorite and pretty much the only place I go. Pepe and his staff are so kind and conscious of others. I love that the menu rotates according to the season and local (and organic) produce from farms. The food is healthy, nutritious, and the plating is always beautiful. To top it off, Pepe does so much for the community, more than anyone else I've met in my entire life. Even if you aren't vegan, you will love his food!
