I had the MOST amazing experience. Mrs. Nina made me feel safe and not scared and Dr Herbert listened and made sure my concerns were heard. My dentist anxiety was pretty much at a 0 and with every other office it has been atleast a 7. Definitely recommend for anyone with dental anxiety!
Everyone is very nice. We needed specific sedation and treatment that is better suited with a pediatric dentist. Front desk was great, assistant was nice, dentist was a bit lacking in bedside manner and telling the child what she was doing before she touched a very painful area. Not everyone can be great all the time. I would feel comfortable as an adult going there but they are not well situated for peds patients.
I called in today on an emergency basis after having mouth pain al lweekend. They had an appointment available for a limited exam which I gladly took. They took all my info pver the phone so when I got there the process was super easy. Each person took the time to listen to me and made me feel cared for!
10/10 experience! everyone is kind and patient. clean and neat and overall a very relaxing atmosphere.

DR HEBERT AND THE ENTIRE STAFF FROM FRONT OFFICE TO BACK REALLY MADE FEEL COMFORTABLE AND THAT I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE TO RECIEVE GREAT CARE..FROM THE TEXT MSGS I FELT I HAD CHOSE THE CORRECT DENTISTRY AND I WAS ON MY WAY BEFORE I KNEW IT...HALFWAY THRU MY VISIT I WAS AT EASE AND ASSURED MYSELF THIS WAS MY DENTIST OFFICE ..LOOKING FORWARD TO THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE AND LONG TERM FRIENDSHIPS..THESE CAPITAL LETTERS WERE PURPOSELY DONE BECAUSE THIS GROUP STAND OUT BEYOND THE REST

They got me in the next day after I called. I am from out of town and this was the best dental appointment I have ever had in my 56 years. They told you everything they were going to do and also gave me something for my low blood sugar since I wasn't expecting to be there that long. But I needed a crown so now I get to go back in 2 weeks. Looking forward to it.
