Excellent customer service. Response to your query within a day. Very detailed survey which identify a lot of minor issues that can be easily missed out. Report is clear and comprehensive and proactive follow up call to answer any queries to customers. Not the cheapest but definitely worth the money. Highly recommended.

I had a good experience. The level 2 survey report was detailed and self explanatory . And even after the report has been sent to my email, the surveyor took his time to call me and explain in detail.
