I want to share my experience here at PHS from the excellent front desk staff including patty, Amy to the medical assistant Nancy and Claudia. Also to the PCP Dr. Brandi, Dr Reynosa all of the staff is terrific, loving, kind, friendly always with smiles on their faces. They go above and beyond always there when me or my children need them. 2025 was not my year at all dealing with a lot from being a single mother my husband got deported and these ladies that i mentioned were always there for me and my Children when I needed them. Nancy and Patty help me this holiday assistance and referred my family to get Christmas assistance for my children which I truly thank them dearly from the bottom of my heart without these 2 ladies my children would not have had Christmas . I highly recommend this clinic to all. I will never change clinic and this staff is like family.

I’m so thankful for all of this office as a collective. From the front desk to the medical assistants and star of the show are the doctors! I’ve been with them for the last two years. They are always informative and help me so much when I have any medical questions about the kids. When I have a worry I shoot them a message and we solve the problem together. I love that they are consistently attentive and informative. All mamas need to stress a little less and this office definitely help a lot. I hope my insurance never changes out of network because this place is irreplaceable! lol

Today's visit was a great reminder of why I haven't brought my son back here. The only reason why I came here is because I just gave birth to my daughter and the hospital requires you to have an appointment before you leave the hospital and being in recovery on meds you just want to get things done and make the process easy. Dr Murphy is sooo aggressive with newborns. Don't let people treat your kids the way you wouldn't. A great reminder was remembering how gentle labor and delivery treated my baby with extra care and gentleness 1,000 percent! Then to come to someone who “specializes” in newborn pediatrics. My heart was broken when I left. I don't mind waiting in any office who will take great care of my baby so I'm not here to complain about the wait or someones attitude I can care less BUT the way you handle and touch my kids is another ballgame. Not to mention my past few (3) visits I remember leaving with anxiety. No shit y'all there is always kids crying non stop and I am the most patient person ever. So much it makes you wonder and want to go check on the baby/kid next door. Get to know your babys doctors y'all and trust your intuition I’ll be praying for this place and the doctors to be gentler and more considerate of innocent babys and parents. This is why kids don't like to go to the doctors cause they are being hurt and not more gentle. Save your babys experience your welcome & God bless!

My baby was in the NICU so we were referred here. Dr. Suterwala was the kindest pediatrician I have ever encountered. He eased my worries and you can tell he enjoys what he does. Very thankful for our appointment.

Casey Roof is and one of the best pedestrian at this clinic. I hate to see and feel you go my heart aches. You watch my young ones grown and cleansed their sickness away. Your bright smiles and laughter will always be remembered. If we could glue you to a chair lol I would. I hope you know how phenomenal you are. We love you I hope you the clinic changes your mind if we can’t you are so worth it.

I wanted to write a review and my experience with pediatric health specialist. I've been so blessed to be a mother to two children a 3 year old girl and a 8 month old boy. For over 20 years my husband and I were wanting to have family. 3 years ago after birth I was recommended to pediatric health specialist. Since day one my kids have been treated with respect and love from the ladies at the front office, Klara app responsesquickly to our questions, Dr's, and the office Manager Shawna. Thank you all 😊 for making my experience in new motherhood guided me on my children's needs, medically , emotionally and personal guidance .

I been coming to this clinic for years the staff always so nice and Friendly! Until my last appointment 7/8/24 the front desk person name Sonia/ sonya was checking me in and treated me and my baby (6 months old) with such disrespect . She greeted my baby with a rude voice saying “what you looking at” not even smiling or anything my baby got scared and she noticed I guess my reaction like WTH and tried to change it still no smile or apology for scaring him!! he is just a child, i posted a review and deleted it right away because i know it’s not the whole staffs fault. I message privately through Klara app. but some lady idk if it was the manager called me and sounded like if she was in a rush or mad idk asking for me then she told me her name that I could hardly understand but it sounded like Sonya / Sonia and says “what can I help you with?!” I was so confused and told her she was the one calling me!!! She proceeds to tell me it was about what happened in my last visit and I said well you disrespected me and my baby ! She laughed and said am not Sonia am (Name) still didn’t understood what she said but at that point it felt like if she was even making fun of me..She said she spoke to the other lady basically calling me a liar saying she has being knowing Sonia/Sonya for years and she is not like this ,I don’t understand what’s goin on the whole staff looks tense and I’m considering looking for something new as coming here is no longer the same . I drive an hour from Alvarado to just go to that clinic and always recommend my friends and family because they have really Great Doctors. I think the new staff needs retraining . I believe front desk staff is a very important role in any business. It’s what represents the company when people walk in and how you get recommended and make them want to come back Sorry I had to write such long review and maybe a little confusing but maybe this is the only way the owners can see it and take action because it seems like even the manager can’t take something like this seriously. I really miss how the clinic was managed before with the old staff.

Manager is LOUD & DISRESPECTFUL talks bad to her staff after I sat there and was able to hear the negative things she said about her staff I was like oh no ! I’m sorry Pediatric Health Specialist I loved taking my 4 kids there for the past years but not anymore! Same goes for my family members I will make sure they look for another clinic. You can thank your manager! I hope this message gets to the owner (that manager is bringing your clinic DOWN) I have noticed that the staff are tensed and quiet and they would always used to be happy every time I would go BUT NOW THEY DONT LOOK HAPPY. Please get rid of that manager I believe they said her name was Shawnna or something like that. Don’t lose anymore patients because of Shawnna. And to the staff you girls are all awesome! From Medical Assistants to Front Desk !

I’ve been taking my kids here since i had my first born in 2022, by far the best pediatric office i’ve been to! I definitely recommend dr kasey & dr carolina! They have treated my kids & given the best advice a doctor can ever give. Since we’ve been there, they have provided nothing but the best care for my kids.

I’ve been taking my daughters here since they where born and I always always recommend it to all my mommy friends and any mom I meet who ask about it , the front desk has always been so welcoming especially yensi !! She’s literally the such a sweet person and very friendly ! My daughters and I ADORE ADORE dr.Casey she is the best doctor I’ve ever met and she literally makes me a better mom and always always reassures me about , my kids never stop talking about her ! Another amazing doctor there is dr.Carolina ! She is also very reassuring and really connects with my kids ! They also adore her ! I will never switch a paediatric office cause of these 3 !

I was checking out at noon today and overheard the manager speaking to the staff and was completely horrified at how unprofessional and disrespectful she was being. As a peds clinic I’m genuinely concerned to bring my child back because of the negative environment I witnessed her create for them! Great staff but I can’t imagine that they would have a positive outlook on a work day with the way she was scolding them like they were animals and that can not be safe for our children! Absolutely unacceptable , I loved this clinic but I don’t think I can bring my child back with such horrendous leadership :/

I have been bringing my nephew to this clinic since he was born. I was welcomed by Anne and Yensi today, and had the most wonderful experience thanks to them. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and comforting. Highly recommend this facility for pediatric services.
