Jorge was extremely responsive, beyond flexible, and extremely pleasant to talk to. Took 4 of the bikes in the back of a minivan (they fold up) to Yosemite and they performed very well, 4 1/2 hours of riding pretty much full electric and they delivered!

I left a review before, but I don't see it. Pedal Forward ruined one of our best days at Yosemite. They are nowhere near the park, as the website states. The nearest entrance is 12 miles away, and Yosemite Valley is 30 miles. So make sure you can transport the bikes, because if you cancel day of, they take half your money. Do your research. I didn't, and I had to pay for it, because Pedal Forward didn't care.
Great Service on solid bikes for exploring the Yosemite Valley. If you want a bike that is in good shape, has the bells and whistles you need, and with excellent service values, go to this shop. Gorge was helpful, responsive, and solution oriented. we got the bikes we wanted and he helped us with some items we needed but had forgotten. It seemed a little expensive, but the value is so much better than the rentals at the park.

Ripped off!
Huge disappointment! We came all the way from Washington State, and I googled e-bikes near Yosemite, Pedal Forward popped up. It wasn't until the day of our "biking experience" and this guy tells us that Yosemite Valley is 30 miles away from the establishment. That's not near Yosemite (as the website states). So then he tells us he will only refunded us half the money (like he wasn't going to be able to rent both bikes out in the beginning of June.) Must be nice to get free money. I felt completely ripped off. Make sure you get all the facts. Don't rely on them telling the truth, because they won't.

We wanted E-bikes for yosemite (which we totally suggest) and found Pedal Forward! No need to look any further! Best place to rent bikes/E-bikes hands down. They are very nice and super accommodating. 100% recommend!

Must do If you are staying in oakhurst area. Rent the bikes from here for every day you inside of yosemite national park. You will save time by avoiding the bus inside the park. Service was amazing. They let me drop off around bikes at 11pm and were flexible with pick up. I would recommend using Pedal forward.
