He even took the time to figure out how to carefully fit two e-bikes into our Tesla Model 3, which we really appreciated. Fantastic Service!!! Everything you need while you are visiting. Rentals, parts, service, even quality used bikes! We came in for recommendations on trails. WOW! Guillermo had maps on the walls, YouTube site full of trails, even programmed my phone for an epic trail at Bass Lake!
Even more…. I wanted to rent, but BOUGHT! Selection was great and he let me try a used bike as a rental and it was excellent. Left with a great Santa Cruz full suspension fully loaded mountain bike I love.
It’s worth shopping there and stopping by on the way to Yosemite.

Pedal Forward is absolutely legit. Great service, tons of inventory, super friendly to out-of-towners. What really sets them apart though is they actually give back - they're heavily involved with trail stewardship days and support the Yosemite South Gate Trail Cooperative with both time and money. If you're in town looking to ride, stop by. You won't regret it.
Amazing shop! The owners are awesome to work with and very knowledgeable about the trails around to ride. I rented an EBike from them and the experience went really smooth and the pricing was good in my opinion. Definitely will be back!

We visited Yosemite for three days and the highlight by far was our private e-bike tour with Jorge from Pedal Forward Bikes. From the moment I first called, Jorge was incredibly helpful - he gave us great advice about the roads and surrounding area, which was perfect since it was our first visit.
We booked a private ride for me, my husband, and our two teens, and all four of us absolutely loved it. The e-bikes were so easy to use and let us cover so much more ground than we expected. Biking through the mountains and around the lake was truly stunning - the views were unbelievable, and the whole experience was just so much fun.
I’d recommend this to anyone. The bikes make it accessible for all levels, and you can stop for photos whenever you like, so it all feels really relaxed and enjoyable. We’ll definitely book another tour when we come back.

We had a great bike rental experience. He was helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend spending the extra for the e-bikes so you can go on trails not allowed if you rent in the park!
