I have been a customer with Joe Pecheles for over 35 years. During this time, I've bought many cars. Compared to competitors, I feel I always get more features, an excellent warranty and a very reliable vehicle, which is very important in my decision to purchase. But what really stands out is knowing I can trust the people on the upper management team. I recently had an issue and dealt with Doug, COO. He was outstanding—genuinely caring, attentive, and focused on me as a customer. He took the time to listen to my concerns, responding thoughtfully and swiftly. His resolution was beyond my expectations. It’s clear he is very thorough and experienced. He truly cares about customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. I appreciate knowing if I ever have a problem big or small, I feel I am dealing with somebody who is honest and cares about this dealership. Thanks Doug!!

I had scheduled an appointment on a recall to my Santa Fe. I had driven an hour to have my car repaired. They told me at 0745 they didn't have the part in stock and it had to be ordered. I felt they should have called me to let me know and to order the part before coming all the way to Greenville. A blank trip for nothing.
