Great experience through and through. Originally was just looking at my options, had one car in mind, but Curtis was able to get me into an even better car at a lower price that fit my budget. If you're even THINKING about buying a car, make it easy on yourself by going to Pecheles Honda in New Bern! From the minute we met Tom, we felt so at home and glad that we made the trip from Greenville. He and Shane worked with us over several days, answering all our questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. I will NOT go the Pecheles Honda service center ever again! When I made my appointment I told the customer service person why I needed service. Then when I showed up to get the service done, the person I checked in with asked why I was there. DUH - You should already know! Then, She said sarcastically, “You’ve never been here before.” Well no - I just moved here. What a dumb thing to say!
The next day the serviceman replaced a CVT sensor, and preformed two recalls. Then the next time I drove it, the metal lower skid guard under the front frame, unhinged and was dragging on the road and it bent up. When I made a follow up appointment to have them fix it, the Service Manager, Courtney, said they had not removed the skid guard to replace the CVT Sensor during my previous visit. BS!!! Obviously, you need to remove the skid guard to replace the CVT sensor!! If that is the case, then someone didn’t do their job!!!
It cost $600 to have a CVT sensor replaced and you couldn’t put the car back together properly?? NOT ever going back there again!!!!!
Service department is outstanding! They always go above and beyond! They corrected a minor issue caused by a different oil change business. Stick with Honda for everything!!!!

Service was good, but I was very disappointed that I was not informed prior to the appointment that there would be a surcharge for using a credit card.
