I did not show up at the dealership to buy a new vehicle. I was simply interested in seeing what used vehicles they had on their lot, while waiting for my wife to complete her time at an appointment. In fact, I explained to Sean (excellent ambassador for the dealer) at the outset that I had no interest in buying a new car. I ultimately decided to test drive a 2026 Pilot. I was sold on it almost immediately. I told the sales team I had to go pick up my wife at an appointment, so I needed to get out of there shortly. They understood and said I should take the vehicle, pick up my wife and take it home for the evening so my wife could see and experience it. I was pleasantly shocked by this. My wife and I both loved the Pilot. So, the biggest seller was the car itself. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed, yes enjoyed, the buying process at Pecheles Honda. Why? Absolutely no sales pressure. They appeared interested in finding a deal that was mutually beneficial. And from Sean Pfeil, to Guy Pegram to Shawn Stengele (GM) all the way to the young lady who very capably handled the financial aspects of the purchase, these folks were helpful, downright friendly and genuine. It was clear that they all were most interested in establishing a long-term relationship, rather than a quick sale. Let me just close this out by saying it was a very positive customer experience, one I never expected at a car dealership. Terrific job by what is clearly a well led organization.

By far the best car buying experience I’ve had so far. I drove a considerable distance to purchase an older well maintained Honda Accord and from the moment I drove onto the lot, the sales team made my family and I feel welcomed as if they knew us for a long time. Car buying and pushy salesman at car dealerships have never been my cup of tea. I’d rather go to the dentist than buy from the last dealership we bought from. Well, It was time to buy a new vehicle and to be honest, I was dreading the whole buying process. We researched the vehicles that we thought would be a good fit and decided to go to two, possibly three dealers to test drive a few vehicles. We started with Pecheles Honda and didn’t know what to expect because we have never traded with Pecheles Honda before. My wife and I have purchased quite a few vehicles in the past but we were not prepared for the positive experience we received. Dealing with Pecheles Honda was the best car buying experience I’ve ever experienced. EVERYONE we met was extremely friendly. No one pushed anything on us, it was like buying a vehicle from your best friend. We were very pleased with our purchasing experience. We will definitely be back for another vehicle. Sean was our salesperson and I hope he is still there when we decide to purchase something else.

I had such an amazing experience purchasing my 2021 Honda Pilot, and I truly can’t say enough great things about my salesman, Curtis! As a first-time car buyer, I was honestly a little nervous going into the process, but Curtis made everything feel so easy, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, very reasonable and honest throughout the entire experience. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to make sure I fully understood everything.
I also had the pleasure of working with Steve and Guy, and they were both just as amazing. The whole team made me feel comfortable and supported, which meant so much, especially for my first big purchase.

If I could give more stars I would! Lexi was absolutely amazing with helping me over the past few months while I was determining what vehicle I’d be buying. Whenever made me feel like a burden, was always willing to answer any questions and went above and beyond. Let me first start by saying Pecheles Honda is the best dealership hands down!!!!
