We recently booked a minibus for a trip to Malvern with 12 of us in total, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The facilities on the bus were amazing, everything was spotless, and the bus itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our driver, Shah, was outstanding. He arrived early, which immediately gave us peace of mind and reassurance that everything was in safe hands. Throughout the journey, he was courteous, professional, and displayed excellent customer service skills. It really made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. I can confidently say we will be using your company again for future trips.

We hired a 16 seater minibus to travel from West London to Warwickshire for the burial of our mother's ashes. From start to finish we were most impressed with the service from Peak Travels (WestLondon Minibus). All the fabulous reviews of this company are true. The customer service is so fast, so polite and the prices are very competitive. We really enjoyed our exchange with Uzee and our driver Mr. Shah was also excellent. The minibus was top notch, super clean and super comfy. Next time we need a minibus, Peak Travels will be our first and only stop. Thank you so much.
