Sometimes, people just REALLY deserve a review! Hitch (the owner) and Joey have been EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, communicative and prompt in every step of the inspection process! Their professionalism and genuine personalities from the get go finalized my decision to use the company and I’m extremely happy I did! Not only were they all of these things but they were also fairly priced and when I called I believe on Friday/Saturday they were in the house that Monday! Thank you so much! Five stars, and then some, well deserved. The report was also VERY detailed, professionally organized and had great photos.

Hitch Heslen has refused to refund me after I cancelled a home inspection with Peach State Home Inspections. Even after stating that his policy says a full refund is due if cancelled within 24 hours, he is refusing to honor his own policy. I did cancel within 24 hours and he knows it. I called , texted and emailed Hitch, Heslen, the owner and have asked him to do the right thing. I have disputed the charge with American Express and provided screenshots to show I am within my rights for a refund. STAY AWAY from this company! They do not do customers right!!

From the start they took the time to explain the entire inspection process and answered all our questions, no hidden fees, the cost was what they quoted us at the start. The inspection Guy was amazingly detailed. I found issues before the inspection and he caught them all. Even better, her caught things that I missed being I am not the expert, that is expected.
