Outstanding Service. Although I didn't end up purchasing a car from PDH in the end, Savannah was so incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to point anyone in the direction of this company, and I would very highly recommend!

Savannah was super helpful in helping me to find a fiat panda within my budget and other preferences. She was very communicative around her process of finding vehicles and updated me when she had found a couple of cars she thought I would be interested in, and made me comfortable not feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle if I wasn’t 100% happy with it, which was very reassuring. All-round great customer service :)

What a great experience it was buying my new car from PDH Hassocks. Savannah Armstrong was amazing through the whole process, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. Very sorry but I can not recommend PDH for their car servicing. If you want a second hand car they're a reasonable option but their servicing department is seriously lacking. Our son took his Fiat in for a diagnostic check and for £150 was told the car had no oil in it and the oil pump was blocked. The options they gave were to change the oil and oil filter and/or change the oil pump(too costly for value of car). I went to talk to pick up the car the next day and ask some questions. I was met by the service manager who was quite rude and aggressive. Only when speaking to a mechanic did a good idea occur to us: an engine flush was what was needed. I had this done at a local Hassocks garage at a fraction of the price PDH would have done it and the car is now running perfect.

We regret the frustration you encountered with the diagnostic service and communication, you can be assured that the hour that was paid for was fully utilised to get to the cause of the problem. Upon investigation, the Service department had your Son's best interest at heart and suggested some routes that MAY fix the vehicle. Obviously there were costs associated with these fixes and we didn't want your Son to incur unnecessary costs without being fully aware that it may have resulted in more substantial works that were needed, which carried significant costs. We are sorry if this was not satisfactory, however, ultimately we are pleased that one of the suggested solutions has fixed the car, albeit you found another garage to carry out this fix. Just wanted to mention the wonderful Ella on customer service. Earlier this week my car was in for its annual service and MOT, Ella did an amazing job and saved me several hundred pounds on the service. Also a big thanks to the team for washing, vacuuming and tidying the boot of my car following the service... its never looked so good!!

I have been very impressed by the service (actually support) from the front line staff at Fiat PDH Hassocks. A very special mention for Ella. She used her problem solving skills to help me with a problem with my car- which involved her thinking outside the box - and successfully 'fixing' a problem which was very clever and resourceful. Thank you so much Ella! It's this sort of service which makes me so glad that I purchased my car from this franchise.

I broke down unexpectedly right outside the entrance to PDH Cars after my gear linkage failed. With no ability to move the car safely at that moment, I took full responsibility for the situation and did my best to manage it calmly. A friend of mine, David, who owns an Audi S5, was with me and was actually planning to look around the showroom — potentially interested in a future purchase. However, the way I was spoken to by someone I can only assume was the manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily aggressive. Ultimately this led to his decision to no have a look around the show room. I fully understand that my car was blocking part of the entrance, but I was polite, cooperative, and clear that it was a genuine breakdown — I wasn’t parked there out of convenience or carelessness. Ella, who I spoke to at customer service couldn't have been nicer, offering the repair and diagnostic for £75, she is a real asset to this company and I wanted to thank her personally for her professionalism I can only hope she is treated right and appreciated for her continued work and service to this company. I’m leaving this review to warn others. If this is how they treat someone in distress, I would seriously question what their aftercare is like, and how their staff are treated behind the scenes. A complete lack of empathy and professionalism — a real disappointment.

My wife Elaine picked up her fiat 500 today and we would like to thank savanna for all her help , I must give credit where credit’s due she was brilliant her knowledge of the car , her patience and her hand over was first class ! I’ve bought many new cars in the past and nothing compared to her hand over it was top drawer. The car is brilliant and was spotless so a big thank you to the valet team Thanks again Shaun & Elaine Keeley .

I went with our daughter to look at a used car. The salesman Andrew was really good to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and perhaps best of all, did not pressurise her into a decision. The day of collection was equally easy with everything as it should be. Would definitely recommend them. This is the second car bought by one of our daughters from this garage. Both times were very easy with time was taken to explain everything in a way where they didn’t feel as they were spoken at rather than with.
