I was having issues with our domain for a few days and getting it updated. GoDaddy was absolutely NO help getting the issue resolved. GoDaddy wanted me to go through a 12 step form to get my account recovered. I called PC Technologies, Robin stepped in and fixed EVERYTHING! Thank you!

PC Technologies has provided IT services to my business for 2 1/2 years. Most recently they provided and installed upgraded computers and software. I highly recommend them. All staff is VERY pleasant, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Their ongoing IT services are continuous, but in the background, and allow me to conduct my business without interruption. It is incredible. The current upgrades were smooth and, given their preparation before the actual installation, there was almost no disruption to my business at the time, and now using the new computers and software. I find PC Tech staff easily available to address my questions and requests. Highly recommend.

Jeff, Casey and the rest of the team are great to work with! Solution based IT and their help desk is actually in the United States and manned by the people that do the installation's and monitoring. I will continue to work with them.

PC Technologies manages my small firm's IT. We pay a reasonable monthly fee and whenever we have an issue, which is often, we contact PC Tech, and they fix the problem. They are also forward thinking, heading off future problems before they occur. They also upgraded our entire system and made sure we were protected and secure. We are so happy we found PC Technologies. We work with Robin, who is amazing, but everyone at PC Tech is professional and knowledgeable and super easy to work with. I couldn't recommend them more!

Our business has used PC Technology for years. They manage our server, phone systems, security cameras, emails, and so much more. It's easy to call or email when you have a problem and they generally take care of you pretty quickly. When it's time to replace computers and what not they take a lot of the work off of my shoulders and I trust them to recommend what we need for our purposes. We appreciate their integrity, how they give back to the community and how we can rely on them. Whether you need them to run cabling and equipment for a new setup, evaluate your existing, upgrade, whatever they are who you need for your business managed IT needs!
