Excellent service and amazing customer care! My anti-freeze lead broke, and I went in at the last minute just as they were about to close — but they were still willing to help and fix the problem. I’m 1000% satisfied with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and excellent mechanic.

Took my ageing Ford in this morning after a recommendation, to check out a worrying rattle. I was greeted by Maz, who immediately seemed to have an idea of the problem, so I expected to have to make an appointment for one day next week and spend hundreds of pounds, but no, he took care of me there an then, cured the rattle and was really helpful. I can't praise the excellent service enough, I wasn't talked down to like so many places do, I have found my new go to mechanic. Thanknyou PCM

I've been using PCM Motors for many years now, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Brian and Maz truly are a credit to their profession. They're friendly, knowledgeable and above all - honest! I have used PCM motors for servicing and MOT on my A class Mercedes after my parents recommended them. I cannot fault the service they provide and their very reasonable charges. They will only carry out essential work and you do not feel like you are being overcharged or having work done just for the sake of it. This is very rare and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good quality mechanic. Plus they are very nice people too!

I’m a Delivery driver I’ve had major issues with my van while on my route . I tried multiple garages in and around the area no one wanted to help. I tried my luck with PCM and to my surprise not only were they amazingly helpful they fix my problem with out any issues not only did they fix my issue he would not accept payment. I can’t recommend this garage highly enough. I will be going there for all work to be completed in the future and will recommend to all my friends and family if you are looking for a friendly reliable garage, look no further, then PCM, an amazing satisfactory customer experience that not only saved my day and took away all my stress.

Went to fix an adblue light that wouldn't go off,it was put on their diagnostic machine apparently and was told it needed a new ad blue tank,he wanted money up front for parts £1200+vat before doing the work, obviously having to then pay for labour afterwards,also I was told it would probably knock out the electrics so told to be aware that another £300+vat for that part would be likely. Luckily I got a second opinion elsewhere,they plugged the diagnostic machine in, the only issue was the adblue hadn't been reset properly when It had a service(not done either by pcm motors). Maybe he needs to update the software on the diagnostic machine

Firstly we would like to apologise for the mis diagnosis if you would like to contact us and give your registration we can look into this for you and if we charged for diagnosis would happily refund this on production of your invoice.
Add blue lights on occasions will clear and re set but after driving and under certain conditions will re appear again as we would have discussed with you at the time of diagnosing.
As vehicles are so complex these days the add blue light would only come on if there is a intermittent or permanent fault. Just clearing the fault and resetting does not guarantee that the fault is fixed and can possibly return.

Took my car to the garage for squeaky brakes, I thought the brakes needed change. I left my car with the mechanic, he had a look and tested the car, brakes etc… and he called me and told me that I don’t need to change the brakes as they were fine. The mechanic was very honest and told me the truth. He didn’t even charge me for checking. I would recommend this garage as it’s not the first time I’ve used it. The mechanic is very friendly and as I wrote above, honest. Thank you, I appreciate you very much.
