I've used PCMatic for ears.
I have been well served by using PCMatic (and its accompanying software. If it doesn't go up in price, I will be using it many more.

Never used it
I was never able to put it on any of my computers or phone. Waste of money.

Junk
Would not download, watched installation video, kept saying wrong password when it was correct, requested new password by email 6 times, never sent. Went to computer specialist to install, he could not get it to send new email either. Ended up buying another plan and installing. No problem. I signed up for auto renewal and will cancel that. Wish I could give less than a star. Wasted 50 Bucks.

IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN/REFUND Even if you have a problem
I bought this from Amazon because I couldn't get to the PCMatic website (turns out you have to disable your VPN if you have one). But now, I can't setup the user account at PCMatic. Tried for 5 days now. Really nice phone person at PCMatic said that they are having problems with anything sold thru Amazon. Of course, Amazon won't return/refund software (how do they know you aren't still using it?) but the freaking phone line won't even let you talk to a person. It just keeps sending you back to the returns page where they say it isn't returnable.

Don't buy
I bought this a while ago and can't get it downloaded. Wasted $50 which they immediately took out of my account. I am a senior handicapped person living on social security. What a ripoff.

SUPER SIMPLE…RUNS IN THE BACKGROUND!
I use PC Matic because it’s so darn easy to use. It just runs in the background. I may check on it every few months. The fact that it’s AMERICAN MADE & managed is also more important than people realize! If you’re buying this type of software…90% of it is coming out of China! Don’t go there; please!

Best value for the dollar
FAR less expensive than Kaspersky and so far it seams to have similar capabilities and way, Way, WAY less in cost. Very easy to install

HARD TO INSTALL
VERY HARD TO INSTALL. THE SUPPORT VIA TELEPHONE OR ANY WAY OF HELPING WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND IN MY AMAZON ACCOUNT OF $50.00 FOR PCMATIC AND $45.00 IN ACCOUNT. JAMES W KIEBLER

It's a scam itself.
Wanted more money from day ONE. It created more problems than it cured. It's a scam itself. It took many days and techs to erase the program.
