Good dude very quick turnaround! Alex sorted out my laptop which was overheating which also was ruining my battery giving me an hour or so of battery life. He sorted it out very quickly and gave it back to me the same afternoon. Great service highly recommend.

Power supply for my desktop suddenly failed, but Alex came to pick up the PC at my house as soon as he was able and had it fixed and back to me in under 24 hours. Absolutely no complaints and highly recommended.

I started having problems with my laptop, a 3 years old laptop, in November last year. I took it to a repair shop and the conclusion was that I needed a new one, it couldn’t be fixed. I was not happy with the answer so I took it to another repair shop. I didn’t need a new one, just to be cleaned and checked and that’s it. After a couple of months, it started to fail again. Should I buy a new laptop? No, because I found Alex. He listened to me, he explained to me clearly what the problem probably was and the options I had. Easy. So, I trusted him and now, my laptop is working again. Fast, honest, reasonable price, totally reliable. No doubt I’ll be back in case I need it again. 100%.

I got my fans cleaned and thermal paste changed and it was done pretty fast.Also the personal was friendly

Whilst not all heroes wear capes, Pc Repair Services was our hero. Long story short, I was told by another shop that my MacBook which wasn’t turning on is effectively dead due to a failed motherboard, and my data was likely gone because the hard drive is soldered to the board. This is when I contacted Pc repair services for a second opinion. Alex has such a positive attitude, it was refreshing and reassuring speaking to him at a time when I thought I’d potentially lost my life long worth of photos (c20000 to be exact). A dead board was no issue for him, he was able to identify the failed components, ordered replacements, and did the repair work (which out of interest I found out from google is an extremely challenging and technical job - hence why Apple would always choose to replace the board completely). Alex kept me up to date along the way, and gave me great confidence that he would be able to bring it back to life. Guess what, to my amazement, he repaired it! I could have cried I was so happy. Thank you so much! You’re a saviour. Also the price I was quoted was reasonable and the turnaround time was outstanding. Don’t go anywhere else for a computer repair, he’s the best of the best.

I spoke with Alex regarding fixing my broken laptop. He understood the problem very quickly and came with a good solution. He provided me with a very decent quote, and, which was more important, with a realistic timelines, which included how long it will take to order some parts he didn't have readily available. I haven't used his repair services at the end of the day and selected an official retailer instead. But only reason was that the official retailer had parts in stock and I can't be without my laptop for longer than a couple of days. I appreciate that Alex was helpful and professional during whole interaction and I would definitely contact him again if I will have any other computer-related issues.
