The people in the office are so polite and knowledgeable. it is nice to have a company that cares about it's customers. I high recommend them.

Easy to use website. Setup was quick tank inspection done quickly as well. Would definitely use again as well as recommend. Update, been waiting for the tank to reach a quarter. Finally happened yesterday. I went on the app to order and it was delivered less than 15 hours later. Great app great and great service.
Excellent customer service and oil was delivered on the date told to me.

I didn’t realize how complicated it was to become a Payless for oil customer. They wanted like 8 photos of top of tank with gauge showing, bottom of tank, fill pipes, legs of tank, outside fill pipes etc. They were very accommodating and sent a guy out to take the pictures. Sign up and paying very easy. Didn’t care much for the extra fees you could accrue if for say your whistle doesn’t work when they’re filling your tank. They won’t put oil in your tank if this device doesn’t work and they can charge you a 25 dollar fee since they couldn’t fill your tank. So this is why I’ll give Payless 4 stars.
From the customer service to understanding urgency. PaylessForOil has been a great company serving my house for over 8+ years. They are reasonable and fix any mistakes they come across. They are great to implement a credit if you ordered the day a promotion comes out.
Recently, in this crazy snow storm, we noticed that our oil was running low. I quick gave them a call, they couldn’t make any promises and was told we likely won’t getting oil to the end of the week. They won’t sure given the snow accumulation and many requests if they’d be able to meet their standard 2 day delivery window. I was hopeful but completely understood if they couldn’t. Well, 2 days later, they met the demand and my oil filled less than 48 hours later. They show compassion and understanding. They’ve been a great partner and definitely recommend using this company consistently. They get it. As a business owner, I understand the importance of customer service, these guys hit the mark as there’s many oil options out there, we’re happy to stick with this company!
