So happy with the professionalism.
They explained the process of recovery and what they would attempt to do, kept me updated regularly.
For me the most impressive thing was the update that they had recovered 98% of my files and I thought I would be going to pick up the hard drive.
However this was just an update and they kept the hard drive for almost another week attempting to retrieve files.

I couldn’t turn my laptop on, or reboot it, and therefore I couldn’t access data or files. There’s more: I didn’t have any backup, and I was afraid I would lose all the work done in one year of my PhD. The reason was a hardware failure with the logic board. Service was quick and true to what they say online. They were able to retrieve my files and transfer them to a new hard drive efficiently. The price is a bit high, but otherwise I am extremely thankful for them saving my personal photos and videos.
