I honestly cannot thank the team at PAYAM Data Recovery enough. After my MacBook Pro suddenly died and Apple confirmed a logic board failure, I was absolutely distraught and convinced I had lost a year’s worth of irreplaceable data. From the moment I walked in, PAYAM were calm, professional, and incredibly reassuring. They explained everything clearly, managed my expectations honestly, and treated my situation with real care. Not only were they able to recover 100% of my data, but unbelievably, they also managed to resurrect my MacBook which something Apple themselves couldn’t do. Watching a machine I was told was essentially “dead” power back on again felt nothing short of a miracle. Even after the data recovery, they took the time to inspect follow-up issues, explain what was happening in plain English, and were completely transparent about what was and wasn’t within their scope to repair. That level of integrity is rare. If you are dealing with data loss, especially on a Mac, I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else. PAYAM turned one of the most stressful tech situations I’ve ever experienced into a huge relief, and I’ll be forever grateful. Highly, highly recommended.

So happy with the professionalism. They explained the process of recovery and what they would attempt to do, kept me updated regularly. For me the most impressive thing was the update that they had recovered 98% of my files and I thought I would be going to pick up the hard drive. However this was just an update and they kept the hard drive for almost another week attempting to retrieve files. Honestly very, very, very happy with this service.

I couldn’t turn my laptop on, or reboot it, and therefore I couldn’t access data or files. There’s more: I didn’t have any backup, and I was afraid I would lose all the work done in one year of my PhD. The reason was a hardware failure with the logic board. Within a few days, the Payam Data Recovery company helped me access and save all my data. They were reliable, fast and super efficient. I would highly recommend them!
