While my experience of phone data loss was probably (in hindsight) not nearly as intense or severe as others’, I can only say positive things about how Payam Data Recovery resolved it. In addition to retrieving my data in full, they were prompt, responsive, and accommodating. I never felt left in the lurch and I can say that the process was smooth overall; any issues that arose along the way were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Of course, I wouldn’t wish data loss on anyone. However, should you find yourself in the unenviable position of losing months (or more) of data, I’d not hesitate to recommend Payam Data Recovery.

I found Payam to be very efficient and great at communicating. They were able to recover a decent amount of files after a head crash on my hard drive, for which I am thankful. Would I use them again? YES but hopefully won't have to as I am setting up a thorough backup regime.

Highly recommend Tim from Payam was awesome to deal with. Friendly, professional and the patients of a saint when dealing with my clueless questions. Not once did he make me feel like my questions were stupid. He went above and beyond in helping me and calming my nerves when I thought I had lost some very important non replaceable photos. Hopefully I don’t have to ever do this again but if I do, I will 100% choose this company to help me.
