I am the owner of Pax Law and a Canadian Barrister & Solicitor. Ms. Soltani is working as a designated paralegal and she has sufficient training to provide prospective clients with basic information per my direction. Feel free to call me directly at 604-837-2646 if you have any question or concern.
Ms. Soltani is a Ph.D. candidate in Laws has 17 years of experience practicing law, was an instructor at several universities, "is" listed under the paralegals on our website, and has been working at Pax Law since 2020. You probably never even looked through our website. She is over-qualified to answer simple immigration questions.
We have Dr. Mortazavi, Barrister, Mr. Ali-Reza Haghjou, RCIC-IRB, Ms. Wei Min, RCIC, and other lawyers. You have the option of choosing any of those, you never paid, noone ever forced you to book a session with Ms. Soltani. I don't understand your concern.

Not recomanded for Builder Lien cases,
I paid about $400 for counseling but I got nothing and just wasted my money.

Zero customer service. I had an appointment with him at 9am and he showed up at 9:30 looking like he had just rolled out of bed. Not very knowledgeable either.
