Max and Alayna's Paws Play was first recommended to me by a coworker and I am so grateful that he did! Our pup has been going for over a year now for both daycare and boarding and she can't wait to run through the doors each time. The staff are friendly, welcoming and genuinely love all of the dogs and get to know their unique personalities. I recently left behind an item from a boarding stay that I assumed would be tossed or donated within a few days. I was blown away when they still had it and proactively gave it back to me months later during a daycare visit. While I no longer work downtown, Paws Play is still worth the trip to give our girl a great time with great people :)
If I could give 100 stars, I would! Every single member of this team is fantastic and takes such great care of our dog - it is as if she stays at an extension of her own home! She is so comfortable there and looks forward to EVERY stay! Thank you, Paws and Play. You're PAWSOME!

Max and Alayna’s Paws Play has been a lifesaver for me when it comes to taking care of my puppy. Every staff member is so kind and you can tell that they really love the dogs that they take care of. They are so accommodating with daycare and boarding, and I absolutely love getting the daily reports showing my puppy playing with the other dogs! Even my grandmother looks forward to seeing the pictures. I cannot say enough about the positive experiences I’ve had with Paws Play and I am truly grateful to have found them. My dog is so excited to walk through those doors every morning. 10/10 experience, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They were so friendly and kind to both us and our dog. I highly recommend Max and Alayna’s for pet boarding and care. You can tell they love dogs and they love what they do.

Last minute needed someone to daycare my corgi for a day trip in Cleveland and Max and Alayna were the first and nearly only business to get back to me on a Sunday during their business hours. Answered every question over the phone. Told me immediately what to expect and that they had availability for me to arrive the next day as early as open for a daycare evaluation that they conducted for a flat rate. He spent the whole day there then, sending me text updates and photos throughout the day. Got to pick him up just before close and was told a detailed account of everything he enjoyed and didn’t enjoy. Was so happy, I immediately have booked him for tomorrow morning before we leave town! Could be happier with their service, flexibility and kindness.

We dropped off our pooch here because of its proximity to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. We were greeted with friendliness and professionalism, right from the beginning. When I picked my dog up, she was very happy. You can tell the people here really care for animals.

I was traveling and needed a safe, friendly place for a few hours of day care. The staff were very welcoming and even sent a picture during our visit to let me know my pet was happy. Highly recommend.

If I could give a 10 star review, I would!!! Paws and Play take such good care of our energetic Alaskan Malamute both in day care and for the occasional boarding. We live close by and our pup can’t walk by anymore- she is too excited and thinks we’re going to see her friends there. That’s how much she loves it there- and as her owners, we know that means they’re good to her. Thank you!

My dog loves coming here and they take great care of him!!! He has so much fun every time. They send me photos of him so I know he is doing well. Every time I go for a walk with my dog, he leads me here! That’s a sign that he loves it!!!

Great experience for me and my beloved pooch. We were in from out-of-town and needed a place for the dog while we took care of some business. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. They sent me a photo of my doggy midway through, which warmed my heart -- and relieved any anxiety I might have been feeling!

My puppy Tiger absolutely loves daycare! I have also utilized their boarding service. Great employees who I fully trust. My pup always comes home exhausted which is so helpful! Prices are reasonable.

We took our little one over our long weekend. It was our first trip to Cleveland so our choice was based mostly on reviews.
First of all, the entire week before drop off, communication was excellent. Making sure everything including shot records was correct.
When we dropped her off the entire staff was welcoming and transition was easy. Phone calls we answered immediately. The camera in the rooms were a good addition.
When we picked her up, she was happy and looked great.
The only recommendation I would make is to add cameras in the play area so we can see them when they are out of the kennels.
Highly recommend!!!
