My little girl hasn’t had an easy life and as a consequence has been a bit spoilt, so before I met Charlotte I believed she was untrainable. Charlotte, however was confident I was wrong and with patience, understanding and an incredible rapport I saw progress until I can now confidently say not only has my dog been trained but I have too. I can not thank Charlotte enough, I have enormous respect for her and her knowledge and experience and would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Charlotte for everything 🙏🏻

Luna has had such a positive experience through the therapy dog training process with Charlotte. Every session has been supportive, well organised and tailored to help both handler and dog feel confident and prepared. Charlotte created such a welcoming environment and provided great dog training advice throughout, making the process enjoyable and encouraging. Luna loved attending each session and it was wonderful to see her confidence grow each week. The professional feedback we received was so positive and really highlighted Luna’s calm nature and suitability for therapy work. I took my puppy Bear along to puppy day care, then again to obedience classes. Charlotte is just gorgeous - so kind and patient with not only the dogs, but the owners too, because we need training just as much as the puppies! Highly recommend her, and have learnt so much. Puppy day care wore my little puppy out and helped with his socialisation too. Looking forward to the next step in his training with Charlotte.

I have been taking my puppy Charlie to Paws, claws and tails since his puppy pre school on the Sunshine Coast and I absolutely love it. Charlie since puppy pre school has attended the play days and he is always so excited to attend. Charlie as a small breed going to these classes and play days has become so confidant with all types of dogs, he became better crate trained and his obedience with commands increased dramatically. If you are on the hunt for excellent dog training on the Sunshine Coast I would highly recommend this business.

Having Charlotte train our Labrador puppy from 9 weeks old has been the best decision we ever made. I had a pack of 10 lessons at home which meant any issue as it arose could be fixed that week. We now have a 6 month old puppy who will sit and wait patiently, will come to me when called off the lead, walks 30 minutes on a loose leash, comes to cafes and sits beside me and she can meet any other dog or puppy calmly. The whole household is calm as well. It’s the best money we have spent because not only will it save us on vet bills but also the socialisation with other puppies is so good as well. Highly recommend paws, claws and tails.

Very thoughtful dog trainer! Charlotte has a unique approach and puppies follow her like a magnet. Just in four weeks our dog went from "I have no idea what's going on" to walking confidently on a leash and most of the time following simple commands when not overly distracted.
