Fi and the team were amazing! From the moment I made an enquiry to getting off my flight in Melbourne the care and attention were second to none. My two cocker spaniels slept most of the flight and the pilot and vet nurse Michaela made me feel relaxed. I would highly recommend Pawmobile for your pet travel, your pet will thank you too!

I can’t thank the team enough for helping us fly our two very anxious dogs from Tasmania to Melbourne. What felt like a really stressful situation for us was made so much easier thanks to Fi.
Fi was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so kind, reassuring and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain everything, checked in with us, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure both we and the girls were comfortable and settled. Her calm and caring approach completely put me at ease.
Travelling with anxious dogs can be overwhelming, but Fi’s support made all the difference. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much and takes such pride in what they do.
Thank you again Fi for your patience, compassion and for making the whole experience so positive for our family. We are incredibly grateful. 🐾

I would give 10 stars if I could! Extremely professional service, Fi & co were amazing flying me and my pug over to Tassie. Fi not only ensured my pug was safe and happy the entire flight, she also reassured me (nervous flyer!) the entire time. We ended up having a great time and loved the experience. The care Pawmobile have for the animals (and humans!) is outstanding. Would 110% recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use Pawmobile again in the future.
They keep you posted on the progress of the flight. Wonderful people to deal with. So friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a personal, unique experience with your furry and fluffy friend. X
Wish I could give this rating more than 5 stars. Fi and the team are outstanding! From the minute we phoned to enquire about the service Fi was so brilliant to deal with - so personable, so thoughtful, so thorough.
We were in the midst of trying to pull together a move from Qld to Tas in a very short space of time incl. moving some of our most precious cargo, our lab Bella.
She gave us multiple options, stepped us through the process etc. We ended up being able to move one of us and Bella on a flight direct to Hobart (something she does a few times a year at peak times). And she went over and above and helped organise us a lift at the other end!
The flight itself was just as outstanding. The partnership with GAM Air for the planes/crew is brilliant. I am a bit of a nervous flyer but after this flight I have walked away with a whole new level of education & feel so much more comfortable.
The precious animal pawsengers are at the centre of all this company does before, during and after the flights - they really are made to feel comfortable & at ease.
If you need to move any of your precious cargo between Tas and the mainland or vice versa, do yourself a favour and check out the Paw Mobile!
Seriously the BEST service for transporting animals between Tassie and the mainland. Our basset puppy arrived completely relaxed and pampered. Our breeder said it was the easiest and most organised drop off at an airport that they had ever had.
The whole process was outstanding, from booking with Fi to the handover at the airport. We will never fly animals any other way now we have experienced the Pawmobile standard of excellent service!
Fi and the team are so amazing, helpful and easy to communicate with. They've helped us with two different pets on different occasions and were amazing every time. The whole experience from booking to the flight and handover is so easy and really takes the pressure off what could otherwise be a really stressful experience. You can really tell how much this team cares about their clients and pets.

I don't think I can put into words how much I appreciate Fi and the Pawmobile team for looking after our Betsy so beautifully. Betsy has flown 3 times and just when you think their customer service is the most excellent you have come across, Fi does even that bit more. Recently, Betsy's flight was postponed due to extreme weather and Fi managed to reschedule all her clients on that flight to the next day and organised someone to collect and look after her in our absence. Then with minimal notice we decided to fly Betsy again and Fi squeezed her on the flight for us and organised drop offs and collection of Betsy at both airports. To say Fi is a superstar is an understatement. I really can't thank you enough for all your help and for caring for Betsy so beautifully.
Couldn’t recommend this service enough! I was very nervous to let my dog Sonny fly as he’s an anxious/reactive dog but Fi and the team put my mind completely at ease. Their communication before, during and after the flight is amazing. The flight tracker and mid flight photos were great to see! They gave him lots of cuddles on the plane. You can tell they have a genuine care and love for all of the animals they have on board! Would 100% use them again! 🐶
Absolutely amazing service, can't fault Fi and her team. They got our new little pup Audri to us in Tassie as soon as they could, despite some hiccups with the weather. Would much rather use Pawmobile than the major airlines. When travelling to the mainland with our caravan in the future, will definitely fly our dog with them and meet her at the other side and back again. Very grateful!
I recently relocated to Tasmania and used Paw Mobile to fly my beautiful cattle dog, Bodhi, privately — and wow, what an incredible experience! From the very first call, Fi and her team were nothing short of amazing.

Wow, what a great service! Fiona was so accommodating and super friendly, looking after my Border Collie, Ruby plus me too! The flight crew were fantastic and so friendly too. My cat recently flew with paw mobile. I didn't want him to fly in cargo because I am a protective cat mother. Paw Mobile were helpful in every step of the process. They care for animals. My cat was treated very well. He was provided with an excellent service. I would definitely recommend them. I called Paw Mobile a few times before the flight and Fi provided wonderful service every time.
Badger to the Bellarine
What a fantastic service. We just relocated from Tassie to the Bellarine Peninsula. It all went so smoothly & we were kept up to date on Badger's progress including live on flight-tracker. Paws gave us a recommendation for the pick-up at Essendon airport & our precious boy was delivered to our door. It took all of the stress out of his journey for us. Thank-you Pawmobile!
