I'ma tell ya what. There's service and then there's connection. Paw & Order connected with us and our dog Loki. Holly Shipley (a separate review next) really honed in on what we wanted to accomplish with Loki and then gave us practical guidance on making it happen. The most consistent question she asked us was 'does that make sense?'. I made a personal commitment to Loki to be the best dog parent I could be. Our relationship with Paw & Order was a solid step in that direction. Much respect and appreciation.
Tia is an absolute miracle worker! Our stubborn dachshund, Penny, had developed a terrible persistent barking habit that was driving us, and anyone who visited, a little crazy. We actively avoided having guests to our home as her barking only seemed to get worse over time.
From our very first session with Tia, we felt a sense of calm and confidence. She has such a natural way with dogs, and Penny responded to her immediately. Tia didn't just tell us what to do; she showed us the techniques and explained why they worked, which made all the difference. She tailored her approach specifically to Penny's dachshund personality and our lifestyle, which was incredibly helpful.
The progress we've seen in just a few weeks is astounding. Penny's barking has decreased dramatically, and she's actually listening to commands like "place" and "quiet" (a phrase we never thought we'd hear!).
Tia is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the well-being of both the dog and the owner. She's always available to answer questions and offers ongoing support. If you're struggling with any dog behavior issues, I wholeheartedly recommend Tia. We will absolutely be using Tia and the Paw and Order team with all of our future dogs as well.

That’s when we found Paw and Order Harmony!! From the very beginning Tia was extremely thorough and super understanding with answering any questions or concerns we had. She went through all the tools and what they were used for at the initial consult (and even had us try them all on ourselves!). It really helped put my mind at ease about everything, and during the board and train we got constant pictures and updates!
Since we got him back he is MUCH more confident. He loves doing obedience training and the best part is, if he DOES exhibit a bad/incorrect behavior, we know exactly how to correct it in a way he actually understands. We can truly understand each-other now!! Thank you Tia, you're the best!!!❤️❤️
2024 UPDATE!!
WOW!!! Finn just came to our WEDDING (the ultimate chaotic environment) on Oct 27th and I’m going to be honest… if you would have told me 2 years ago he would not only ride in a side by side at the venue, but do TRICKS in front of a 12 strangers, I probably would have shook my head and said no way. He couldn't even handle 1 guest in our apartment when he met Tia, so when i say Tia has CHANGED THIS DOG’S LIFE… I MEAN IT!!! He was such a good boy in all of the craziness and i cannot wait to get our pictures back. If you are looking for training, PLEASE consider Paw and Order. You pup will thank you.💕
My husband and I turned to Paw and Order when we got our second beagle. We had never had two dogs before and we needed some help being able to handle them. Tia was FANTASTIC! She nailed their personalities and what drives each of their behavior in the first 5 minutes and was awesome at explaining to us how to do everything from training for the basics like "sit" to curbing the barking (this was HUGE for us), and working on their walking manners. In the 4 months we worked with Tia we saw a huge improvement and we also have the tools and knowledge now to keep on improving. Thanks Tia!
We are so impressed & grateful for Tia & her team! We did a board and train and had Tia help us with our min pin Nala (10 years old) and border collie mix Sadie (3 years old). They had severe aggression towards each other and would want to fight every single day. They are both very sweet girls but we were at a loss on what to do or how to help them. We have a “before tia helped” picture of our girls and an “after tia helped” picture of our girls!
Tia came into our home, was very respectful and extremely helpful. She then had our girls stay with her and she worked her magic! She was very responsive and treated our girls like they were her own family. They call her aunt Tia now lol
Before: they tried to viciously fight each other every day, they had crate & leash aggression, they didn’t come when we called them, and walking was rough because they pulled and barked at literally everything that moved.
After: they can be around each other without feeling unsafe or threatened by each other, they come when we call them, they heel really well & just overall they are so much more calm and happy.
We can’t thank Tia and her team enough! Without a doubt this was the best decision (a life changing decision) that we could have made for our girls and our family.

I attended the 5-week puppy obedience class with my dog Charlie and was so impressed with the results! Our instructor Tia was informative and attentive to each dog and their needs. I appreciated how we as dog owners were not just told what to do, but had the reasoning behind it all explained to us. Charlie is a pitbull mix and now clocking in at 66 pounds at only 8 months old, I felt very overwhelmed as a first time large breed owner. The instruction from this simple puppy class helped me teach Charlie how to listen better, and gave me the tools to address a wide variety of behaviors and bad habits that she was starting to develop. I now feel so much more confident as a dog owner and look forward to giving my girl Charlie the best life moving forward. I highly recommend the Paw and Order program.

10/10 would recommend Paw & Order to assist you and your dog companions! they assisted us in times of difficulty when we were starting to feel like hope was lost and we would simply have ti accept our dog could never be near other dogs or be on walks without causing others fear and discomfort. My boys have improved so much and more importantly I have improved in my care taking and training of them through Paw & Order! Tia was the trainer we had and they are AMAZING!!

She was great with us, so patient with our mistakes, knowing that once she got us trained then he would follow our lead. He is doing so much better when he sees other dogs on our walks because WE now know how to correct him properly. A walk at the park with him is enjoyable now! At home he is content going to his “place” for a nap when we have guests and he doesn’t bother anyone.

Tia is absolutely the best!!! In May I *unexpectedly* rescued a rottie mix that had a rough start to life. I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to keep him as he was showing signs of aggression, and going to be 100+ pounds. Turns out the aggression was from Trazodone that the vet prescribed, and Tia was the only one who told me that could happen. I now trust her more than my vet.
We did the at home 1:1 training and it is 1000000% worth it, I have a sweet obedient giant that I don’t even recognize from the day I got him. As I came across struggles in training Tia was only an email away from helping me correct and overcome the problems we were having. Without her, I don’t know if I would’ve been able to give Silas the life he deserves.

Outstanding training! An absolute game changer for those looking to have the best trained dogs - we worked and continue to work with Tia Ybarra! We rescued a pit terrier mix (Luna) back in 2021 and had little to no background on her previous situation. It was clear brining her home that she needed training. I worked with Tia over a number of sessions and each session I walked away with a wealth of knowledge that made such a difference in working with Luna each and every day. It made SUCH a difference that we knew once we got another addition to the family, that we would immediately be calling Tia - and that's exactly what we did! Rescued a completely different breed of dog (hound/beagle mix, Noodle) that required a different approach to training and we're seeing such quick results with Noodle adapting to her new way of life. When making the decision to work with a training company, we did a lot of research - Paw & Order was the best. Their entire team, from phone consultation, through to home visits and more has been thorough, convenient, helpful and more importantly, impactful towards the experience we were hoping for.
