Recently purchased a SONY OLED 55" television. I already had the wall mount from a previous TV, so there was no need for an install. The set is very nice. The best thing about the decision to buy this set is that I became 100% sure about my decision to purchase after multiple visits to the store and the attention to my questions from both Dave and Bill. Both talked me through my decision to purchase the TV and my plans to build a sound system around it to suit my audio goals for both movies and music. I appreciate the personal service and assurance of backing up the purchase that Paulson's provides. As far as I am concerned, Paulson's is THE place to go for anybody even a little serious about their audio and visual setup.

I am very satisfied with the service Paulson’s provided. The install team worked for hours to install my bluesound soundbar and motorized TV mount over my fireplace. During the install, I got a call from my salesperson who said the soundbar could not be installed to the TV mount and suggested I look at a different brand. I decided to just hold off on the soundbar until I did further research. I spoke to the installers and they said that this was a custom job and they are custom installers and they will make it work. A trip to Home Depot and a a few hours later it was installed. I was shown how to use the system and TV mount and they wrapped up the job. Thank you for the hard work and dedication to get it installed. I am thrilled to begin my journey into the Bluesound ecosystem and my wife loves the motorized TV mount. I will be visiting soon for more equipment. Job well done!!

10/07/2025 Paulson's offers an extraordinary range of audiovisual equipment at regionally competitive prices. They are the only source for 'top end' equipment with a variety of manufacturers to choose from. They never oversell. I updated my audiovisual room with an 83 inch LG OLED TV. I was also. having some challenges with one of my surround B&W speakers. They were on it and found a simple fix for that problem. Always excellent, friendly and reliable. God not give a higher recommendation. The team at Paulsons always meets expectations. I had what turned out to be a relatively minor problem with the wiring of my AV system-- which I could not figure out! Paulson's did. Thanks for the help.

I have made quite a few upgrades using equipment recommended by product specialist Bill Davidson. The results have always been excellent! I keep thinking that the sound on my audio set-up can't get any better, but it does! A friend recommended I go there and check Paulson's out and it was excellent advice. I was looking to upgrade my front and center speakers on my surround sound system. I had bought the original speakers at Paulson’s decades ago. Based on my prior experience dealing with them, I went back to them and wound up with new Paradigm speakers that definitely sound better than my old speakers. They are experienced and know their stuff. They have components to fit any budget. They definitely are my go to store for audio and video products.
