Andy our fitter was friendly and professional, talked us through a couple of options for a tricky window to make sure we were happy going forwards. He was efficient and tidy in his work. We ordered shutter blinds for a front bay window and three bedroom windows Very professional service. Team were helpful throughout Blinds took approx 14 weeks to arrive. We were told this from the start and fitting was booked in promptly Really pleased with the fitting. Attention to detail made on the bay window as frame was cut in and around our existing coving. Fitter tidied up after, hoovering any debris and left with all the rubbish. 100% recommend to others Reasonably priced and you don’t have the fear of getting the measurements wrong if you did and fitted them yourselves

I recently decided to buy blinds and rollers for the whole of my house. I contacted Paul James Blinds and Shutters and decided to try them, despite some rather old, negative reviews. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The choice of blinds and rollers was extensive, communication was really good, the fitting excellent, and the price competitive. Thanks Paul, Dawn and Andy for an excellent job - it just goes to show that you can't trust those old reviews!

Super happy with work we had done. We shopped around for a while and we got a really good price with James Paul, and exactly what we wanted, with absolutely zero hassle. A lot of companies gave us a lot of limitations and compromises from what we wanted. We had Hilary’s tell us that they couldn’t fit our Duette blinds for whatever reasons and tried to sell us something we didn’t want. So we were relieved that Paul James Blinds were able to consult us and actually advise us on what was possible and align to what we actually want. In the end, we had Duette blinds installed on all upstairs windows in our Victorian house which look awesome and work really well and a shutter on the downstairs living room bay window. They even saved us money by advising us on getting a cafe style half blind, with a black out roller blind, instead of full height tier on tier shutters, as we only really need to cover the top of our huge bay window when we have guests staying. All in all, I can’t recommend them enough, they smashed it - and we are really happy with the service and positive attitude. 10/10
