For clarity, our technician attended your property on the pre-arranged date and time, as confirmed during our initial phone conversation and in our follow-up email. During that call, the issue was described as a fault with the safety photocells. However, upon arrival, our team found that all automation equipment and brackets had been removed and placed in a pile on the driveway. We have photographs documenting the condition of the site.

Because the equipment had been removed, it was not possible to carry out the requested repair. Instead, a full report outlining the necessary works for reinstating the system was completed. As our call-out fee covers the engineer’s time and attendance and was agreed in advance it still applied.

We always aim to provide honest, transparent, and professional service. While we regret that the outcome did not meet your expectations, we stand by the accuracy of our report and the procedures followed. If you would like to discuss the matter further, we are more than happy to help.

I have used Patron a few times now. When electric gates go wrong g you want it fixed ASAP and these guys arrived 2 hours after I called seeking help. Problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour . Highly recommended with knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Use with confidence

Outstanding support at reasonable prices but best of all it's an organised company not just a skilled stand alone person. The back end admin is well organised with service and support we have relied upon a few times, nothing is too much trouble. Well what a great Company! range with an issue we have been having with our gates, they diverted one of their guys, Janes, and he was at the gate almost before i put the phone down! James was very professional, got straight into the issue, i showed him around what is a complex gate entry system and he had it fixed and running in what seemed like minutes!! what a relief as security of our property is important to us. There was no sucking through the teeth, or mention of new system throughout, even though the system is say 10 years old, not a suggestion of on selling of extra etc. but when asked about the other services the Company provides James was very helpful in explaining what they can offer. The whole experience was a real breath of fresh air!! I would highly recommend Patron Security Ltd and definitely will be using them in the future for our gates, alarm and CCTV as and when they need attention.
