For clarity, our technician attended your property on the pre-arranged date and time, as confirmed during our initial phone conversation and in our follow-up email. During that call, the issue was described as a fault with the safety photocells. However, upon arrival, our team found that all automation equipment and brackets had been removed and placed in a pile on the driveway. We have photographs documenting the condition of the site.
Because the equipment had been removed, it was not possible to carry out the requested repair. Instead, a full report outlining the necessary works for reinstating the system was completed. As our call-out fee covers the engineer’s time and attendance and was agreed in advance it still applied.
