On a cold December evening, we stopped into Patrizia’s for an early dinner around 5:30 PM. It looked fairly empty, but when we reached the host stand, the manager, Dean, let us know they had a wave of reservations arriving between 6:30–7:00 and couldn’t seat us. We were a bit disappointed and started discussing takeout or going elsewhere.
When Dean realized we were in a bind, he double-checked the reservation chart and told us he could seat us right away—he just didn’t want us to feel rushed. We assured him we’d be finished within an hour, and he graciously sat us.
Once seated, we enjoyed an incredible meal: grilled octopus, lobster ravioli, sole oregano, and seafood pappardelle—all perfectly prepared. Around 6:20, Dean even came over to let us know not to rush and to enjoy our dinner. Our server (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was also fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed.
There are plenty of Italian spots across Long Island, but the combination of food and service at Patrizia’s in Massapequa is truly unmatched. Highly recommend!

I wish I could leave 10 stars. This place is awesome. The owner Santiago was absolutely amazing. We came in last minute with 30 kids and he took care of us beyond what words can describe. There are not many people around as thoughtful and giving as this man. Highly recommend. Food was excellent.

We were a Confirmation party of approximately 21 people. Our waiter, John, was AMAZING! Very personable, efficient, professional, anything we needed...he was on it. Food was delicious and atmosphere was great. Only thing was that back room was too cold.

I’ve been walking by this restaurant for a few trips. This time we stopped in and had an amazing experience. Food was amazing. Service was top notch. This New York restaurant has invested in training and service and chefs for amazing meals. I wish I took more pictures. But think it’s just a pasta house. Come here and be amazed!

Kudos to this restaurant! 4 DELICIOUS meals and great service! We’ve been to a lot of restaurants, but this meal is one of the best I’ve had in a LONG time.
Only problem is that the music was too loud for me, but I’m an older person. Everyone else seemed to enjoy it.
I’ll be back for sure!

Food was mediocre at best pretty slow service. I had the pork chop special. It was okay, but it came with 4 thick. French fries that doesn't go with the dessert was a big disappointment. I had the triple chocolate layer cake.
My frayer cake, my friend ordered gelato.And he got regular ice cream

Saturday Night Very busy, Packed. Had 12" Pizza Pie. Did not find difference, bittom layer is burnt, may be baked in high temperature ( v.hot plate for quick cooking)....
