We recently hired Patriot to replace an old heater and AC with a brand new Rheem system. Jake came out last week and discussed recommended system options for our home. Their prices were fair, and they stood out from the competition by being a local veteran owned and operated company who cares the most about the quality of the job and the value offered to the customer. Mike and Justin arrived on time and expertly installed the new units in just half a day. They took care to keep everything clean, and took the time to help set us up and answer any questions we had about the new system. Overall it was a very smooth, hassle free experience.
UPDATE: We had a minor repair issue and Frank came out within 45min of calling them. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got us all fixed up fast. After owning this new system for a summer, our home is so much more comfortable and energy efficient to boot. We noticed a huge reduction in our energy bills compared to last summer, and we believe this system will pay for itself in just a couple years compared with the less efficient systems we could've gone with at the time. UPDATE: Mike came back out today for the included routine AC maintenance. He updated and inspected the entire system, and even showed me how to keep the outside unit clean. Mike is a true professional, as is everyone I've dealt with from Patriot.
UPDATE: The guys at Patriot can also do some great plumbing work. They let us know that was a relatively new part of the business and we decided to give them a call when we needed a plumber to come help with a few things. Joshua arrived early and got us all fixed up with no leaks at a fair price. He was very professional, and the whole experience was great. We will be giving them a call from now on for our plumbing needs.

Mike Starling from Patriot Heating & AC LLC did a great job installing a new furnace for us. Once he identified the issue with our broken furnace, he cleared his schedule to be able to install a brand new furnace the next day. He is truly dedicated to taking care of his customers. He maintained opened communication throughout the whole process and answered any questions or concerns we had with the new furnace.
We have been with Patriot for over 5yrs and they continue to impress us with their professionalism.
