Good Product - Not Good Customer Service
Although this was a gift, I was in constant contact with the recipient. Except for Carlos - customer service was not okay. One of the items received was incorrect - yet there was never a call or any message indicating that this item was not in stock, or perhaps had been discontinued. No company should take it upon themselves to assume another product opposed to what was ordered will work just as well. After reaching out a few times - we encountered Carlos - who listened, reacted, and complied. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to clear up the problem. Apparently, a refund is also being processed.
Overall - this is why I am rating my experience a three(3).
Great service from Pasteur
I always have a great experience buying from Pasteur. They have a great selection, and I am always willing to try something new. My products came swiftly and efficiently. The only dings I have is that my balm bottle seems to be damaged in shipping. It can’t stand up. I do love the product. I wish they had the splash of the Nautical Betty. I’m still feeling out Pasteurvision, while it isn’t the home run that Consigliere was, it’s still a solid collab.
Strong is the best way to describe this, definitely not for the faint hearted! A little product goes a long way. The scent transports me back to the old school barbershops that my dad took me to as kid where the barbers went crazy splashing bay rum post hair cuts and cut throat razor shaves on customers.
