This product is amazing. It absolutely helps my vocal chords and allows me to push beyond what i would be able to do without it. I pushed my voice quite a bit during recent rehearsals for an upcoming show. Entertainer’s Secret, for me, was truly like a secret elixer that allowed my vocals to hold up very well and gave me possibly some of my best vocals in a while. I kid you not; the stuff is gold.
Good Product - Not Good Customer Service
Although this was a gift, I was in constant contact with the recipient. Except for Carlos - customer service was not okay. One of the items received was incorrect - yet there was never a call or any message indicating that this item was not in stock, or perhaps had been discontinued. No company should take it upon themselves to assume another product opposed to what was ordered will work just as well. After reaching out a few times - we encountered Carlos - who listened, reacted, and complied. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to clear up the problem. Apparently, a refund is also being processed.
Overall - this is why I am rating my experience a three(3).
