This class was fantastic!! Andrea was terrific! Funny and a great chef! the food was delicious and when we get back home we will be buying a pasta machine to make our own pasta! I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Firenze!! Ciao!!

My husband and I decided to take a cooking class while in Florence and had a fantastic time with Marco! We learned so much but also had fun. The other attendees were also lovely. There are many cooking classes offered around, but this is one I highly recommend.

Loved this cooking experience! Our chef “Thomas” was personable, extremely intelligent and could answer any of our questions. We all learned so much and made three amazing pasta dishes. You will not walk away hungry but instead full and happy. We did a class with other people and I honestly enjoy meeting new people and sharing the experience.

I am left wondering whether we received the services we booked ($131 € each). The listing for the class included in “What You Will Do” as hands-on ragu and tortellini preparation - both new experiences I was eager to have, as I am adept in simple sauce and pasta preparation/techniques. I was disappointed as we watched the chef prepare the ragu and then made ravioli instead of the tortellini. The class location was scheduled to be at a restaurant - in fact, we received multiple messages confirming the exact location of the class. When we arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time, they seemed to scramble and stated that our experience was assigned to their Pasta Classes - Florence location 4 minutes away. In addition, when registering for the class, it appeared as though a maximum of 6 guests would be in attendance; instead there were 10. The chef, Marco, did a great job engaging with the group - just wish the experience was closer to what we signed up for.
