Jason did an outstanding job fixing our AC! He was professional, on time, and clearly knows his stuff. You can tell right away he’s someone you can trust, which is rare these days. On top of that, he’s just an all-around great guy—friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Jason if you need any AC work done!

I can’t say enough good things about Passionate Cooling. From start to finish they have been nothing but top tier professionals. Jason, Bobby, Krayson and Alfredo all worked their butts off and replaced my two very old units with fantastic new units in very minimal time, got my quotes on Monday and the work was completed on Thursday “WOW”. Any mess they may have made was cleaned up and you wouldn’t have known there had been any work done at all. You really can’t ask for more from a contractor and I thank them for all the hard work. Also, special thanks to Jason for working with me on financing that worked for me. If you are looking for a great contractor, look no further.

Jason along with Alfredo took good care of making it a smooth and first class experience. I was out of town on business the wife called me and told me that our hot water heater went out I immediately called Home Depot purchase one for pickup and then shopped for plumbers. my first call with Jason was awesome he informed me all the information I needed to know such as being able to pick up the heater and install all the same day and was able to quote me a price and let me know forms of payment accepted. It was an awesome experience as I purchased the heater for pickup gave them Jason's name he went and picked it up and bought it to the house and did the install a very seamless process I will definitely use Jason and passionate plumbing again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Jason and his team were incredible. They arrived when they said they would and efficiently removed my old AC unit and installed the new one in short order. Man, HVAC is the bane of my bank account. It always happens that your AC breaks in the middle of the summer or your heater doesn't heat the second that it starts to cool down. Out of all the HVAC companies in Las Vegas, it's easy to pick the one with all the TV commercials, or quirky radio jingles but I'm SO GLAD that a friend of my referred me to Jason at Passionate Cooling and Heating. He's helped me numerous times over the years and has always done so with quality work. Unlike some of the big names, he doesn't try and take advantage of people and tells you how it is, no B.S.
