Eine tolle Schule mit sehr gemischten Klassen! Meine Lehrerinnen Sara und Silvia waren hervorragend und ich habe in einem Monat wahnsinnig viel gelernt. Auch mit Massimo, der für einige Tage als Conversation-Lehrer eingesprungen ist, war es eine große Freude! Es gibt spannende Aktivitäten außerhalb der Schule (von Besichtigungen bis hin zum gemeinsamen Aperitivo) und man lernt in den Kursen tolle Menschen kennen! Danke Parola für den schönen Monat bei euch - herzliche Empfehlung!

I just finished a one month stay at Scuola Parola doing a 4h/day course (2h grammar and 2h conversation). Our teachers Annarita and Marcello were very competent in teaching us Italian. I made significant improvements within 4 weeks thanks to them. Also my classmates were very agreeable and made my time at Scuola Parola much more enjoyable ! The school organises social events 3 times a week, which allowed me to meet even more people. Overall, I can definitely recommend Parola to anyone motivated to learn Italian in a competent and friendly environment. Thanks for everything! Ozan Kasap

I cannot say enough about the school and my language teacher. Parola is in a great location-very central. The staff are all very kind and accommodating. The class-rooms are large and airy. My teacher-Annarita is a gem. She is so very patient and makes learning a new language easier than expected.

My wife and I signed up for 4 weeks and have learned so much in this short period of time. We loved every minute of classes and will miss the school and teachers (but our plan is to continue online until we’re back in Florence!). Tolle Sprachschule, die ich nur empfehlen kann. Ich war 2 Wochen dort und habe Italienisch gelernt. Die Gruppen sind angenehm klein und es wird auf jeden individuell eingegangen.

I have been attending this amazing school for several months now. It’s been one of the best experiences of my life. Why? Because of the warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable staff, the charming old building, on a perfectly quintessential Firenze street and the amazing, life-long friends I’ve made here. The curriculum is perfetto - they immerse you into the Italian way of life and language with effortless precision - yes, there are other school options on Florence, and we’ve investigated many - but I promise you, from personal experience, there’s something “extra” about Parola - something magical and very special. I can’t recommend it enough.

I took grammar classes for a couple weeks at Parola during my 1-month stay in Florence, and it was super helpful. I had been studying Italian using Duolingo for a couple months at that point, and the grammar classes gave me the structure I was missing to better understand the language. The instructor was great, and it was nice to meet other students who come from different backgrounds and walks of life. In class, we also had many fun, random discussions about different topics. I would love to return if I were to return to Florence for another longer-term stay. :)))

This is an incredible experience and a great way to learn Italian. Whether you are experienced or brand new, they have classes for you. The school is very well organized and all the teachers are great … more than great. What made this school unique is that several times a week, they had organized get-together and tours of Florence. This is where I was able to learn a lot of Italy’s history, culture, food, and so much more. I was sad to leave as I definitely created bonds with my classmates and all the other students at the school. Theres a lot of them, but again, very well organized. First half of class (2 hrs) we learned the grammar, words and all the important parts of language, a small break, and then we our second instructor in which we practiced our dialogue and did a lot of speaking. What was hard (but great) was that very little English was spoken. It was very immersive…this beautiful language of Italian. Whether I return to learn more, or return to say a friendly hello to my instructors only to impress them with my fluent Italian, I will return. Thank you Parola for a great experience in Florance Italy. Ive learned a lot and you all made me want to keep learning. Grazie Mille!

I did an intense italian course (4 hours per day) at Parola for two weeks and i can only highly recommend it. it was very well structured and the teachers (Nadia, Sara, Marcello) were very professional, very friendly, warm and good at teaching. For any questions i had they tried to help you. I felt so happy and welcomed in the class. I also learnt so much italian in those weeks. Hence i would highly recommend the course at Parola. Gianluca was also very supportive, anytime i wrote him about any questions on the course, he responded always so quickly back and even when i was at the school and i wanted to change the accomadation, he tried to help me to find the best solution.

Really excellent teaching, very kind teachers and staff, completely fair pricing. I VERY highly recommend this school. Some students come for just a week or two, others for longer stays. They will do a good job of finding the right level for you. They also offer private lessons at a fair price. This school was a highlight of our time living in Florence.
